If you believe that you have aan implant and are being tortured, spend that money on yourself because James Walbert is spending his money on some damn invention of hisown. He can't be getting tortured too bad because he didn't spend the money on a surgery. Plus he claims it is an RFID chip which would mean he doesn't get physical torture or v2k.
