    I did find an online posthumous tribute to the man,....I did a general search there is another man the the same name,...I didn't look into to it further. John David Norseen. I've been printing articles for years I should go through them all again and see what I've forgotten.

    P.S. By the way, Sandia National Laboratory is operated and managed by non other than Lockheed-Martin through Sandia Corporation (owned by Lockheed). It wouldn't surprise me if their ace neuroscientist was alive and well but presumed dead until further notice... unless, of course, he developed a conscience and decided to apply the "ethics" he speaks of and knew too much for his own good.

    Info implantation, brain wave fingerprints, Biofusion...
    I wish to hell this link was meaningless gibberish
    but, unfortunately, it means a lot when it comes to
    my situation.

    Norseen...he was neither heard from
    nor-seen and is presumed dead. Irony built into his name.

    I couldn't bring up the link. John Norseen is alleged to have died in 2007 after not having been heard from for awhile. He worked at Lockheed-Martin Intelligent Lab and is the father of Biofusion http://americancognitivelibertiesassoc.org/bio.aspx
