Just notice my child support case was illegally closed.

As a targeted individual my calls tend to get intercepted, I recently called my child support office to change my address since I moved to a different state back in December and had not yet updated my address. Could you believe instead they closed my child support case without my request. Now I'm a have to do the who child support possess all over again and don't have my sons father Social security number. If anyone knows of a place I can report his problem too, please share Thanks

Hey Lorraine, It's unfortunate they closed your case....they tried doing that to me many, many years ago when we moved out of state. Your better off speaking to someone at the office it was closed from and getting their name and contact number. Then reach out to new C.S. office...explain the situation to them and again, get that persons name and number. Ask person to call other contact at the office it was closed from and hopefully than can reinstate your case that way. The office that closed your case has the social security number thats needed. It's a pain in the neck, but probably your only option.
