So.. I have a few frequencies and theories to share with you all.
The first is 435 Mhz and how it relates to dopamine (neru transmitters in your brain) and how unbalanced levels can cause psychosis or such like (ie hearing voices)

Second theory is 14.8kHz which is shown to "increases the hearing threshold for frequencies exceeding 8 kHz" Google search on that frequency should suffice. this explains why they are quiet and only the targeted can hear them.

there is far too much on how they convert EEG reading to words etc you can look up yourself the info is documented. now how do they get the EEG data remotely!?
