In my own opinion, maratime/admiralty law court judges violate the basic rules of communication each time they preside over a court case because they use misleading words and sentences which the public have not being allowed to know the true meaning of. That is a form of dishonesty which means that law court judges don't have the high moral ground necessary to be able to judge a fellow man or woman.
