According to their policy( Toronto Police, Canadian torturers) , they torture to obtain “information”. Is that true?
From the date of my first report to Toronto Police ( I reported to them after I consulted with one “medical expert” several times and after I read Canadian related law.),
TILL the date of my second report to UN Committee Against Torture, in which I disclosed how Toronto Police ,Canadian torturers are torturing me by every possible means. The title is : UN Committee Against Torture, my name should be on it. ( The names list of Canadian Torture victims which UNCAT has asked.),

TILL now, today, they keep torturing me with acoustic weapons to damage my hearing,
it is almost 9 years.Within nine years, have Toronto Police and Canadian torturers obtained the right information about who I am or about what I did and what I am doing?
They attack my head and my heart with non lethal weapons; they damage my hearing with acoustic weapons; they hit my ceiling and roof to deprive my sleep for the whole nights after UN contacted me; they block and hack all my supporting evidence on youtube, emails, scribd, and facebook; they cut off my home telephone line when I send some letters to UN and some international human rights groups; they harass my bosses and deliver the wrong information to them. The result is, I am fired without any reasons. But, one boss said to me, “ I am a human rights defendant. This is what I can do.” Two days later, I was fired…
After reading the above, a question will appear in everyone’s mind: “All they do to him is for obtaining the information?” Now, everything is clear, just like what Mr. Kofi Annan stated on 10 December, 2005: “ Let us be clear: torture can never be an instrument to fight terror, for torture is an instrument of terror.”
More simply, their policy is: We torture you. You can’t stand up and speak out what ever you are, the innocent or not. If you want to, we will crack down on you.

Here is UN’s declaration on “Justice for victims of crime and abuse of power” issued in 1985. Lots of experts view it as guide lines for “stalking”, “gang stalking”, “organized crimes", and "abuse of power”.
