I learned about the video from a Japanese victim's website. I don't know about the contents but it is about the US research on the man machine interface and other technologies often talked as the electronic harassment for the TIs. I heard the video also tells about the protecting tool sold for 200 yuen. Can anyone check out the video and the device please?
