I think the construction is incorrect, better to say "I wish I would had not implant", I hope this one is correct,I dont know, sorry for my english.

Anyway, in french it s, "J'aurais souhaité ne pas avoir d'implant".

I know that kaela is teasing me but just want to keep nice with her by responding that to her.
