My computer was connected by USA enemy while I was using it yesterday

While I was using computer to write e-mail in the capital public library of Beijing yesterday, I found that the desktop of the computer was connected wirelessly by USA enemy. I guess that the connection was enforced with Microwave from Satellites and CPU of the computer by USA enemy.  After being connected, USA enemy may operate the file that is on the desktop of the computer that I was using.
