LIST OF TORTURES, RETALIATORY TORTURE, AND ABUSES
Since 1984, the following is a list of the different tortures, violations, and abuses to which I and thousands of civilian citizens (tis/ human guinea pigs) have been subjected to by the rogue agency and/or a few rogues. The egregious torture, exploitation, and abuses happened because there is No Nuremberg Code in effect. Be warned that if the Nuremberg Code is not in effect, there is certainty that there will be morally depraved, cruel, and indifferent conduct towards the human beings used as human guinea pigs.
Note that civilian citizens who are 1) politically progressive and who 2) advocate for the Nuremberg Code in the pursuit of science and who 3) advocate for equality and justice for the human guinea pig victims, are targeted for the worst of the tortures.
LIST OF TORTURES
The list of tortures to which the civilian human guinea pigs were subjected includes but is not limited to the following to retaliatory tortures: {I add that thousands of civilian citizens human guinea pigs reported identical and similar facts concurrently through non-profit groups such as: Peacepink, Pacts, Icator, and Targeted Justice.] {Be forewarned descriptions of torture are graphic because of the nature of the torture.
- Use of secretive electromagnetic and other sophisticated technologies/weapons that remotely batter specific private parts (gonads) of men and private parts of women (pelvic and vaginal area) in a harmful and hurtful way. Attacks took place on Joan Carson, civilian, for one year. (1997-1998).
- There is blacklisting and blackballing at work and in life against the civilian citizens who report the tortures. (1984 -present). For example, when the civilian victims try to work, they cannot find work because of blacklisting. The human guinea pigs are told that: they are overqualified, too short, too young, too old, or too something else.
- Additionally, citizens report wage related retaliation. The rogues push the human guinea pigs into low wage work. They accomplish this by blacklisting and blackballing the human guinea pigs.
- There is also invasion of privacy and other types of torture by use of sophisticated patented weaponry such as the Brain Computer Interface. For example, when the victims are reading, thinking, or trying to comprehend complex subjects the perpetrators closely target the victims’ and their minds. Through targeted technology the perpetrators can disrupt the victim’s thoughts, censor the victims’ emotions, and even stop the victims from taking actions: thus, blocking the victim’s humanity. The Brain computer Interface also blocks the victim’s ability to think, feel, love, and be human. Additionally, the rogues shame and dehumanize the victims emotionally and psychologically to degrade them and discredit them.
- To add to the cruelty, the perpetrators disfigure the victims in both overt and subtle ways to torture and to shame the victims. There is forced feeding (gavage) which makes the victims get fat. Would you like to be 50 or 100 pounds fatter? And not able to explain to your friends, family, and public that the perpetrator made you fat with sophisticated high tech remote gavage (method of forced feeding for ducks and cattle). (1965-present). They also leave scars on your face and body to make you look less attractive. There are also other rogue related factors which adversely transform your appearance for the worse which the perpetrators do not admit to. For example, the radiation from the weapons makes you weaker, fatter, older, and other negatives.
- There are also false COINTELPRO allegations about the victims.
There are many documented cases of cointelpro harassment in which rogue researchers covered up their illegal research with false allegations. For example, please be aware that the Rockefeller Commission in 1970 reported that the CIA frequently utilized cointelpro-related (false mental health allegations) to conduct and conceal numerous secretive, covert, unethical and illegal research studies. Additional, documented cases of cointelpro using this false diagnosis as a strategy for conducting unethical research studies include the following:
- 1 The radiation research studies. It is reported that false mental health allegations were used in the radiation studies in the forties through seventies. Studies were numerous and included the following: there were studies of healthy human beings who were injected with radiation. (Love, 26). (NYT 1 9 95) 44-74 (Love, 26): there were studies on radiation of children and mothers; and there were studies of radiation in the environment. 44-74 (Love, 26). At that time, numerous victims who complained that they were being used in radiation studies were labeled the “Crazies.” However, in 1994 when the Department of Energy’s documents were declassified, it was admitted by officials that the so called “Crazies” were not crazy. The Director of the Department of Energy at this time, Hazel O’Leary, noted the “crazies” were in fact telling the truth. {D’Antonio M, Atomic Guinea Pigs, NYT.}
- The Duplessis orphans. It is known that false mental health allegations were used in the case of the Duplessis orphans in Canada. In the case of the Duplessis orphans in the 1940-70’s, (Wikipedia, Duplessis Orphans) many orphans were falsely diagnosed and labeled mentally ill so that they could be utilized in secretive research in Canada. The orphans were divided into groups: one groups of orphans were placed in straitjackets, another group operated on and made into vegetables with lobotomies, and another group was subjected to a series of electroconvulsive shock by the researchers. Years later the orphans discovered the facts of their utilization as unknowing human guinea pigs, and they successfully sued the government. The Canadian government and the CIA later admitted to the false mental health allegations (Wikipedia) about the orphans and settled with the orphans.
- Orlikow Vs CIA. (Orlikow v. United States, 682 F. Supp. 77 (D.D.C. 1988) It is a related case of deception and false diagnosis. Cointelpro, the CIA and other agencies have utilized people without their permission. A CIA researcher, Dr Cameron, under the guise of care used deception, and told Mrs. Orlikow and fifty-one other men and women that they were ill. With the deception in place, Dr. Cameron unethically and deceptively severely broke down subjects with electroconvulsive shock, LSD, and other means to change the personalities of the subjects. The subjects were left in shambles and left incapacitated. A few subject/victims found out about his false diagnosis, deception, and abuses by Dr. Cameron and later successfully sued the CIA. (Orlikow v. United States, 682 F. Supp. 77 (D.D.C. 1988)
- Therefore, I ask that the Reader be warned that it is widespread practice that rogue researchers employ the use of cointelpro to conceal, cover up and hide their covert, and secretive rogue research. Be warned that cointelpro is a common cover-up used because it helps the rogue researchers and, at times, rogue government agencies, avoid legal and financial accountability to the human guinea pigs.
- There is also forced movement and forced speech from microchips which can make the victim appear less capable than you are. For instance, with the patented technology implanted in your body, the perpetrators put the wrong words in your mouth/voice when speaking to others. Additionally, with implanted technology in you, the perpetrators can force you to walk into a bus or into a wall against your will-- either to kill you and/or severely harm you and subsequently cost you a large medical bill (1984-present.).
- They can also erase your mind/ brain and body and make you handicapped compared to what you used to be. I remind you that after I studied, worked, and learned for several years, the rogues erased my mind/brain and left me without a livelihood and skills. The rogues stole all my learning and damaged my mind. They also ruined my coordination that I used to have when I walked, ran, and moved. I am now a hollow shell of my once self.
In conclusion, I am writing to you to report the torture of civilian victims that happened because the Nuremberg Code was not followed. Please be aware that if you want to collect testimony, I, Joan Carson, would like to provide testimony.
