Toronto Police, The Scarborough Hospital, Canadian torturers, Ontario Government, who are living with me as my neighbors, gathering around and in my workplace ...are hacking and disabling my home security cameras recently after UN Human Rights and Human Rights Watch forwarded some important information about what they are doing to me.

They are madly torturing, terrorizing, murdering me with EMF Weapons, Microwave Weapons, Radio Frequency Weapons , Radio Frequency Jammers ..in my home and in my workplace.
These weapons are classified as weapons of mass destruction by UN, Canadian Security Intelligence Service, World Health Organization and the Department of The Army.

UN Human Rights, International Rehabilitation Council for Torture Victims, and International Criminal Court have everything I provided. And I can't remember exactly how many times UN, International Human Rights Community and International Criminal Court advised me to file complaints against them.
Fight for my life being threatened and fight against on-going torture, terror , murder, I am not alone and I need your help.
