    CM- THIS is due to Psychological operations and Digital Data transmission.
    Technology is Brain computer interface.
    It is done by those in and afilliated with UK GCHQ ( noting " communications ".
    As is Telecommunications Fraud and International Human rights violations; we need to get Accountability in court.

    Dear CM, In September 2011, I published the edition devoted to TIs.     CM- you and others are subjected to Cyber Surveillance; to Exploitation for information warfare purposes to; Cyber terrorism etc. These are Human rights violations.
    In process of attempting to Draft a Complaint Pro Se for Court.
    Goal is for others to use.
    Have evidence of wireless abuses ( Telecommunications fraud).
