The whole city of Seattle is used to gang stalk me. If any one you are trying to convince of V2K, come to Seattle and look up my address, Paul Douglas Philp. Within a few block, you and your companion will hear V2K!!!!!! I assure you, the proof is here!!!!Where ever I go people are told by V2K to harrass me and slander me. If you could record the voices as I go about seeing my Doctors, for chronic pain to the testicles caused by the perps, and to mental health profesionals that give me anti-anxiety meds for sleep. This would be big!!!! If anybody could spend a week here you could record so much proof!!! You would experience it for yourself. BUT YOU CANNOT ANNOUNCE TO ME THAT YOU ARE COMING OR WHO YOU ARE!!!!! I Will soon post my schedules and you can look up bus routes. I will also post the catch phrases they all use. I have records but I need someone to refine the voices in the background to get the proof to where others can hear it clearly. Please beleive me. We can prove this here in Seattle. AND you might want to huuy beacause I've been getting death threats since I've began to research and contact others on Peace Pink.

Whay do your gang stalkers say to you? If you don't have people saying things that are without doubt directed toward you wherever you go, your receiving a lesser form of gang stalking. the people in this city are not shy about tlaking about me and putting me down. What I get from gang stalkers are repeated phrses, Paul you nor a celbrity, Paul you're guilty, The celebs want you to go to overlake( a psych ward)If I turn on my recorder, they stop because the Perps running the machine tell them I'm recording. As my nehighbors next to me were putting me down , Ihit the record button and caufght them saying." He's recordinf now, we're supposed to stop". If you have any doubt about the reality that the gang stalkers receive V2K, ask yourself, If my mind is woth something, then how many would a thousand mind s be worth?" To Nicholas Torres, I have proof that theses people are hearing V2K. Poof with truth, without a doubt. Whatever you experience, Seattle is a whole nother picture. The whole city is waiting for V2K so when I pass, they can say waht they're told to say as gang stalkers. Come visit Seattle and you'll see what I mean. The cpllege students love to get V2K. They feel like a part of a great syfi move or tsomething.
Not sure if others can hear V2K. It's usually one perp who is assigned to Electronically Harass each victim. The audio comes from a computer to the Audio Cortex of your brain. You can't block it out unless you have good shielding. You can try and drown it out with clear AM radio at fairly loud levels.
