If they are burning your head, get a crash helmet to wear around your home and even in bed - you should get a good night`s sleep. It is possible to get leather-lined crash helmets but they are expensive. You can use a basic one and line it with layers of newspaper, or a silk or silken-type scarf folded several times.
If possible, get a memory foam pillow and mattress. The mattresses are expensive, but a least get a pillow if you can.
Put 1 or 2 layers of mylar over your bed at night.
