If you were not a TI, and you witnessed another person being harassed, tormented, tortured and left alone to suffer and die, would you turn your back and ignore it - saying, that's just part of life for that individual? OR, I don't want to get involved?
One of the reasons I am a targeted victim of this crime is due to actions I undertook to protect the voiceless sentient beings that live here on earth with us. Anything I, or any of you, may suffer is absolutely NOTHING compared to that suffered by animals at the hands of man.
You may not be able to stop the torture you experience daily, but you can put a stop to animal torture by getting involved in organizations like Mercy for Animals. They have had much success changing how giant corporations like Walmart and McDonalds conduct business using petitions and undercover videos.
Reach out with compassion and help stop abuse to living creatures, human or otherwise. Whether you join a silent demonstration in protect, sign a petition, donate money, or just enlighten yourself regarding this horrific situation, doing something will make you feel less isolated, and give you hope.
