I forgot to mention Collidial Silver- order over internet if you ever get Morgellons.....It is not terribly expensive if used wisely. Not bad idea to have on hand. Certain grades of it but it removes the metals they put in the fibers too. Also, a gentleman on FFCHS swears by a Radio Shack product - very inexpensive - called a video tape erase demagnitizer if rubbed on bad targeted places on body - that it relieves the pain immensely. He sometimes uses it with a hand back vibrator to increase the relief on his knees, back and neck.
