Hi Soleilmavis Liu; Bec Crossin; Morricia Maes; Jay Brown; Derrick Robinson (director, PACTS International)

Hi,

I’ve complied an overview of my stance, what I’ll be presenting to the United Nations and Australian Human Rights Commission with a request to have my life of psychological tortures investigated by the Australian Federal Government, and, for suitable redress, compensation and rehabilitation.

It’s typed in large font and so should be a short read. I’ve also included my perceptions of the Cases of Rebecca Crossin’s, Morricia Maes’s and Soleilmavis’s,…

The outline of my submission is within the Word Doco- HELP-Soleilmavis

Note:   You’re addressing your complaint against the Australian Federal Government. For a Class Action against Aust. Govt. the plaintiff group needs at least 7+ people to take legal action to Court, however, any individual can lodge complaints via these channels.

*My first step will be to read the `UN attached documents before I commence writing!

  • UN Resolution- 2020
  • UN Questionnaire_2021
  • UN report on cybertorture Mar 2020 (pp: 18 to 22)
  • Model questionnaire (include detail, to be followed as closely as possible)

After reading the three “pdf attachments provided by the UN with regards cybertorture, as per their website, I’ll follow the Model Questionnaire as closely as possible when I write using the same terminology as used by the UN, examples, “psychological torture, so called human enhancement, subjugation, threats to publicly shame (extortion/ blackmail) etc. – the UN calls this, “Cyber-Torture!”

Also included, maybe in chronological order, approx. dates, witnesses, hospitalisations, forced deferrals from Uni. and resignations from employments, strange dreams, events, places, anything you feel is relevant to substantiate your fight for freedom from these psychological abuses.

I do hope that this is of some use and I’d be more than happy to help with your claims for justice, compensations and freedom. We can only live in hope!

PS:   I’d love to have copies of written protests by Bec Crossin’s and Soleilmavis Lui’s to lodge combined objections against this Irish Vigilante group in Aust ... more credibility!@
