It has become more important than ever for victims of state repression to keep in constant touch with us whenever they are able to do so. The efforts of John Finch, his mail team, plus my own and other torture reports have done much to expose the vast abuse of human rights around the world being
committed by the New World Order, but we are all up against very dark forces.

Britain and the United States in particular are going to great lengths in trying to cover up the wide exposure of state-sponsored repression and torture, particularly microwave torture, that is being committed both internally and externally by their security forces.
 

Microwave torture has become the most covered-up state crime over the last 30 years at least. It involves tens of thousands of victims from rogue countries all over the world with Britain and the United States leading the way for other criminal states to follow in covertly repressing their citizens.
 

The major human rights organizations in most countries continue to be neutralized so far as their own citizens are concerned, and are totally useless in helping the victims of microwave torture in any respect. These organizations offer no help to microwave victims whatsoever. Indeed, more
often than not, victims of torture are being internally exiled and cut off from almost any help at all in their own countries. With draconian British censorship now in full force victim contact to us through e-mail is being hindered or even prevented by UK security forces wherever possible. Many
Web sites that were set up to try and expose these gross civil and human rights abuses are even being described by the UK and the USA governments as 'undesirable for public consumption' or 'dangerous' as a pretext in efforts to prevent people visiting them for guidance.
 

State security forces in the UK are desperately trying to isolate their targets from any outside contact whatsoever as they seek to hide the full extent of their criminal actions against political dissenters, not only from the British population but also from the outside world at large. We of course are
determined to do exactly the opposite by informing the entire world of the state repression being carried out by all rogue nations, no matter who or where they are. So do keep on checking our list of victims for your own particular country.

If your name isn't on our country torture lists - its because we haven't got it from you. So get it to us by any means possible. If your own computer is 'bugged' try to get a message to us through a different computer. Use one belonging to a friend, one at the library or one at an Internet cafe -
but do try to get your name and an e-mail contact address to us one way or another! Use an online mail service outside of Britain if necessary. We shall at least then know that our friends are still alive if nothing else.

Far too many of our e-mails to British victims of torture have recently been bounced back as being undeliverable,even when we know that their e-mail addresses are working. So it's obvious that British victims and ESP's arebeing censored and neutralized by MI5 and the British secret police.
British victims of torture who have allowed us to publish their names in the Torture Report - now well over sixty, (with a huge additional number still in the shad ows) should in particular check their e-mail addresses to make sure they are still working and confirm it with us? Along with any other
details of their repression we should know about.

Dissidents being totally cut off from organizations like ours is exactly what the 'security services' need to hide their crimes. Don't let them get away with it. Your lifeline to us is very important. More so now than ever before. The day of reckoning for these state-sponsored criminals will hopefully be reached at some point in the future. Railroading some human rights activists, political dissidents and whistle
blowers into so-called 'hospitals' where they are forcibly drugged is now getting to be as common in Britain as it used to be in the old Soviet Russia.

We're at a turning point, but it's up to us to make it make things better by fully exposing these terrible state crimes.
