TECHNOLOGY EXISTS AND IS IN WIDESPREAD USE WHICH ALLOWS UNKNOWN PEOPLE TO BROADCAST THEIR VOICES INSIDE THE HEADS OF UNWILLING VICTIMS. DO ANY MEMBERS OF THE IRISH GARDAI USE THIS TECHNOLOGY IN THE COURSE OF THEIR WORK? IF THEY DO WHO GAVE THEM PERMISSION TO DO SO AND WHY?
