As you already know from my first blog I lived for some time close to a certain turkish family in Heidelberg in the past. These turks were well known for their PSI-Terror even years back. In this blog I would like to state the many ways how I am still intimidated not say the truth, not to make proof visible and to help cover the actual perpetrators after new and ongoing PSI-assaults in the public, or if critics approach these turks to reveal the truth.
The current situation is a state of "un-denial", means, although known by numberless witnesses, to still try to manipulate witnesses, manipulate collective opinions, deceiving persons about obvious clues, connections and relations.
On the other hand there are only few direct witnesses who could confirm early developments specially before 2000 and from close proximity.
Some people most probably also noticed many fearful threats through telepathy from Heidelberg. Among these threats are for example quite recent telepathic comments like: "If you ever come back to Heidelberg, then...", originally in german : " Wenn Ihr noch einmal nach Heidelberg kommt...".
Sometimes the town Heidelberg is simply called "the Neckar" and therefore the threats were also: "if you ever come back to the neckar....".
There are many other threats by these turks. The first thing being practically or closely a death-threat trough telepathy by these turks against me came while living in the floor above them. It was: "suffocate him....", or originally in german "erstick ihn doch....." and it came after what I understood and perceived from a female turk of this PSI-group, probably a sister. Death-threats by these turks needn't to be deadly in the direct way, such comments can incite others to behave strangely or to commit a spontaneous crime.
The most plausible purpose to intimidate mindcontrol-witnesses is to discredit them, to weaken them, and then even to use them as patsy. So it can be rendered their fault and their handicap. The perfect mindcontrol-supported crime can be committed in this way, afterwards covered with only more PSI-Distraction and deceptive input.
Over the years I had more than once the impression that the actual PSI-perpetrators and the story around them should be psycho-transformed into another person's reality. This could also explain why this turkish group is still active after so many years.
One method I have observed is as follows: the turkish PSI-Group manipulates, urges, forces by means of PSI-Terror any specific consequence, action, or make others commit a crime. Some time later these consequences became reality. To cover the manipulation the turkish PSI-Group starts an additional deception and suddenly starts to involve other persons using for example telepathy. These persons are then a kind of patsy to cover a mindcontrol-supported action or manipulation by these turks.
Another method to intimidate witnesses is closely tied to corrupt and fraudulent investigations, keeping the case fraudulently more on the side of the reporting witnesses. Although not much happens in this state it is also in support of the real perpetrators. What happens is that stupid lies are repeatedly kept alive to not investigate the Kilic-Heidelberg-Case.
Another method to intimidate is of course realized by "genuine electronic surveillance methods". And here I mean the real electronic harassment methods. I am of the opinion that electronic harassment is also used to intimidate witnesses with a method called "bogus trapping". At least in my case it was called bogus trapping, beginning from the start it was probably required to introduce it as bogus trapping because no argument exists.
The important detail I stress here is that in reality it is much more a method against PSI than one would expect. Over the years I had more than once the impression that the people were to be confused with phone-terror but with the specific goal to distract or to disperse from the real PSI-source.
The problem is that the real source of PSI-Terror was never eliminated and never done.
