Dear Sir:
I am writing today to request an immediate investigation by your office and also by any other entity you refer this letter into what has been called ‘illegal domestic terrorism’ by the national office of the ACLU. Others believe these acts are ‘non-consensual human experimentation’ reminiscent of Nazi concentration camp endeavors. These programs have also been determined to be ‘severe human rights violations’ and illegal and criminal in many legal jurisdictions. To me, given my family’s history, these programs are shocking crimes against humanity. I join today many others, whose request letters are also enclosed, to protect our lives and our futures from further horrors.

Based on a review by historically significant defining organizations and area experts it has been determined that these acts perpetrated against my person are severe human, civil and constitutional rights violations. My person, social and economic life have been utterly destroyed in a very deliberate and coordinated manner. Experts agree this level of intricately detailed ‘life demolition’ cannot be a random event process, especially since now many individuals worldwide are experiencing nearly identical program elements without knowledge of each other. I ask your office for urgent assistance in terminating these acts and protecting my person, life and future. I am an unjustly persecuted person in my own country with no history of cause for such treatment.
Categories of criminal and unwarranted surveillance, stalking, harassment and torture acts include but are not limited to:
1. National, state and local coordinated surveillance and monitoring via numerous integrated ‘A-Z avenues’; this surveillance often takes place in secret, with little or no oversight by the courts, by legislatures, or by the public. All acts are, based on innocence of TARGET, illegal and criminal.
2. National, state and local coordinated domestic psychological terror campaign, or ‘organized stalking,’ a comprehensive ‘A-Z Avenue’ effort to disrupt/destroy private social, economic physical and other life areas 24/7; this stalking and harassment often takes place in secret, with little or no oversight by the courts, by legislatures, or by the public. All acts are, based on innocence of TARGET, illegal and criminal.
3. National, state and local coordinated electronic stalking and harassment and torture, integrated ‘A-Z avenue,’ events that range from real-time internet/computer/phone hacking to physiological terrain ‘bio-hacking’ or physical torture; this stalking, harassment and torture often takes place in secret, with little or no oversight by the courts, by legislatures, or by the public. All acts are, based on innocence of TARGET, illegal and criminal.
For purposes of discretion and legal import personal case evidence is not included today. However, evidence compiled to date, personally and collectively, fits legal ‘pattern and practice’ and commonality of cause and action criteria for legal action by a large group of plaintiffs. Stated evidence and timelines are available for review in a private and confidential manner. More than 5000 such affected persons are available for interview today to any and all parties investigating these ‘crimes against humanity.’ On Friday, January 20, 2017 a civil lawsuit was filed in CA. Many more are to follow. And many more exist.
My personal damages exceed $1 million USD, before exhaustive professional evaluation and punitive consideration. As stated earlier my entire life – physical, social and economic – has been wholly disturbed. I have lost nearly all. I was once a healthy, stable, successful and accomplished American.
This letter is now before numerous national, state and local GOs and NGOs responsible for investigation. The coordinated group of individuals acting nationally and internationally is now large and statistically significant. It is our concerted intention to terminate these criminal programs, recover our damages and ensure such unprecedented ‘crimes against humanity’ never again occur on such a vast scale.
Time is of essence. Innocent humans are being tormented to death or near-death for no true illegality. I may be reached for additional information. I look forward to hearing from your office promptly. Thank you for your time and attention.
