Do not let anyone tell you that this does not work, I use it every day, I can now work at a job, and sleep at night. Roll it out into a blanket form and tape it together to make a 6'by 8' sheet. You can then use a Colman Emergency Blanket and tape or glue that to the foil. You can use as many layers as needed, at less three lays. Stops allot of the shooting and messes with their thermal imaging. Now they can use something else to locate you in the home, but does help allot. Still working on that issue. Make a small one for your lower body and stop having to go to the restroom so much. Big help there. do not try and contact me because law enforcement reads all my e-mails and deletes all real victims. remember all or most Organized stalking is law enforcement that is why no one is prosecuted in court. Look up the department of justice and you will find the answers to gang stalking. that is why there are so many cops, firemen, state workers, ect. involved. remember never hit any of them you go to jail and they walk. good luck
