Most perps are road bound. If you had an enduro motorcycle and could isolate yourself in a forest or jungle the perps would eventually show up or be nearby. That would be a good chance to kill them. Too bad the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Columbia (F.A.R.C.) can't help us capture and interrogate perps. We should educate F.A.R.C. about the lowlife perps that torture ad kill TIs.
If you can't contribute then find another cause because a targeted individual's interest is in killing perps, confiscating their equipment and liberating humans from U.S. Republican right wing fascist paramiltary/law enforcement V2K and Direct Energy Weapon( D.E.W.) Slavery, torture and murder for profit. Who are you?
What bugs me is people who subscribe to targeted individual sites and think its cool to speculate or the perps that misinform , or conspiracy theorist that say a tidal wave is going to end the world. I don't like them wasting time and space. It is serious and it exist. We need people like medical doctors ,short wave radio clubs and military type people to help us with tactics and resources not some useless individual that wants to blog because they have nothing constructive to contribute.

There is a lot of Redneck Desade crap against TIs because when the Federal Law Enforcement moved from Virginia to Glynco (a Naval Base ) in Brunswick, Georgia local pigs with four years experience sleeping in a cop car became feds. They were for the most part useless and after spending years in federal law enforcement they were given a managerial slot for a pay increae and then retired. Congratulations because future generations in federtal law enforcement can follow their footsteps. The lowlifes didn't pay enough into social security so they began choosing children of their business rivals and received grants to experiment on us with Direct Energy Weapons and torture us with V2K. PERPS LIKE JOE mOODY (who stole my passport from FedEx)AND MERIWETHER WHO HAS A HOME IN BRUNSWICK, GEORGIA.The cops have never helped me but actually assist the lowlifes.
Targeted Individuals that are usually chosen for harassment can't fight very well so TIs need to learn how to use stun guns , handcuffs, knives that are legal to carry in a sheath, and other weapons like firearms. Take a NRA course and get a concealeed carry permit, know your bailsbondsmen. With the snitch network in America shared by city county state and federal law enforcement when dealing with snitches violence is not an alternative but is a solution.
Muslims are especially succeptable to getting set up because the F.B.I. maintains an alpha data bank of snitches that are threatened with deportation if they don't set up middle easterners and muslims to conspire or carry out a Jihad act of violence to detonate an inert bomb with a cell phone and then send a foreigner , immature young adults , mentally ill and other victims to prison for 25 - 30m years so thae agencies can ask for more money to fight " terrorism". May be better to pray at home than go to a mosque.
We need to organize with other TIs and move overseas and get the resources to kill them when they follow us abroad. Forget the following countries: Europe, Latin America including Cuba, China, Vietnam and Thailand. Right now maybe Lebbanon, Iran and North Korea would be a possibilty if they provided TIs with sancturary and had the communications equipment to locate,capture, interrogate and exexecute perps for attempted murder/ murcder with Direct Energy Weapons and for spying (espionage).
What people don't realize is that the Dept. of Justice, U.S. Treasury and the Dept. of Defense give money to members of the Association of Law Enforcement Inteliigence Units and active and retired law enforcement for internal security. Internal Security means torturing and murdering a country's civillians. In the United States what ever Intelligence submitted (usually manufactured ) the TI is made to look like a terrorist , spy or criminal so the perp lowlifes can fatten their wallets and torture and kill under the guise of national security which enables them to subvert the U.S. Constitution that was designed to protect civillians from fascist government selective prosecution and in reality the U.S. Constitution exist for those that have money and resources for attorneys but not the poor and not for Targeted Individuals.
