Just now, PM on behalf of Canadian government said : " Everyone has right to be secure across country."

However, my neighbors , those who are gathering around /in my work place, those who are driving their aircrafts... continue their psychological  torture, terror, attempted murder by attacking and remotely controlling my hearing, my heart rate ; attacking  my head  and my body with all possible Non-Lethal Weapons...
