Considering that he is a relatively public figure, I'm sure the reason he's not in jail for impersonating a doctor, is because he Really is a Doctor. And, in his list of suggestions posted on FFCHS site, he recommends that TIs use a pseudonym. So, it is very possible that he is using a pseudonym himself, and that he really is a doctor, but he keeps his actual alma mater private. There is nothing wrong with doing this. As I've pointed out, most TIs use pseudonyms for various reasons. So, the argument that Duncan is a fraud holds no water.
