There is the NATO summit in Warsaw on the 8th and 9th which means talking weapons and we wish to make a point on electromagnetic weapons. It happens that there is an excellent judiciary text of comparative law of electromagnetic harassment including scientific background. It happens to be in French but we could translate it and also enrich it. A petition has been linked to it. It is here (French). (credit Davili16, Hassancmv).
First important thing: Who could find information about the laws on electromagnetic weapons in the States of Michigan, Massachusetts and Maine? E.g. media reports etc.
Would it be possible to have a look on the text below as a guide although it is in French? (It is possible to find it using the above petition link and use Google Chrome right-click for translate.
