Wouldn't the public want to know where their monies are going while government is shut down?

I'm amazed that all the while this Republican Tea Party charade is happening the torture and stalking continues and at the expense of the American people. So many cannot report to work today, get mortgages, go to parks do so much, however everyone's tax dollars are still being used to torture innocent people in the name of national security doing stalking and electronic harassment. If all those workers not getting paid today could realize where their monies are being spent maybe they would wake up!!
