Shielding Tips
1)For a quick disconnection from the main lasers which enter the left cerebellum and top of spinal cord just raise your trap muscles to the base of back of skull. You will hear a popping noise and you have temporarily disconnected lasers. The more control being used the louder the pop. Remember, shoulder point lasers and back lasers are disconnected by reaching up and a quarter turn. This and head tilting has worked great for me during computer forced torture, anxiety, body aches and emotions and by repeating this several times and taking a deep breath you should get some relief. Also just tilting head to one side has the same effect on lasers thru top of skull and works great to disconnect visual feed and bad brainwave feed. *Always have a lighter handy to light near effected areas for pain and this will bust up these scalar lasers.
2)If you are nearsighted just remove glasses whenever possible, when the computer doesn't recognize it then it cannot assimilate or extrapolate object to mean anything. Perfect thought protection. I have ruined a many a day of well planned street theater and supercomputer gang stalking by just taking off my glasses.
3)To hamper V2K and hippocampus timewarp symptoms just buy a $3 eye patch and two 3 in. dia. buttons. Wrap eyepatch with aluminum foil and electrical tape and this covers the nose. This helps prevent laser to hippocampus amnesia wall and timewarp effects. Place buttons on either side of patch and cover cheekbones and TMJ area to hamper V2K. 12) To hamper V2K. Shape a copper ground wire like a horse shoe and bend ends to form a circle the size of a dime. Cover ends with tin foil and electrical tape. Put over TMJ points and cheekbones. This one works good. A strip can be added and taped to cover more of bridge of nose and hamper laser to hypothalamus. 18)I tried silk cloth banding and the perps hated it. Just wrap silk cloth around forehead, ankles, top of calf, thighs, waist, chest, wrists, forearms and shoulders. This prevents carrier wave and ESR scanners excess to brain and body waves.

Remember, if you haven't used a certain shield for a while then it probably worked. I took a 3 ft. by 3 ft. piece of bronze screen and folded it over and held it together with alligator clips and grounded it to the third prong on outlet. I wore it over head and shoulders and could see easily out of it. I quit using it and have now realized this was one of my best shields.
21)With the increase in Chemtrail activity a dust mask or lint free t-shirt strips should be worn to lessen nano-fibers and BioAPI. I added a strip of copper ground wire over nose of dust mask.
22)Make sure and take a long epsom salt and baking soda bath to detox and I leave a plate of apple cider vinegar in all rooms. To drink apple cider vinegar does reduce toxins and removes some ingested nano-fibers. Thick leather acts like an outer skin and absorbs much of the radar energy. Velvet, Saran wrap, cotton, and other electrostatic materials seem to help partially disrupt either the electron spin resonance imaging techniques or bioelectric field modulation.
Stay healthy and get plenty of sleep. Many people disconnect from the EEG cloning lock during sleep because of the irregular brain rhythms. Longer the target can stay unlocked, the longer it takes the attacker to acquire a lock. Remember that the shadow government wants the subject to live a short life so that these experiments are more easily covered up and forgotten. Shielding
This is the most unintuitive capability of this weapon. Faraday cages and thick metal chambers do not block the weapon due to there being several signal and surveillance modalities. Shielding that has worked for many targets include:
Mylar blankets-Covering the walls, windows, and ceiling with loosely hanging metalized plastic blankets connected with alligator clips and grounded to the buildings plumbing or third prong in an outlet works for many to reduce the pain signal influence.
Magnetic jewelry or wider area magnetic field disruptors. Spinning neodymium magnets on a slow rotating motor changes the magnetically aligned landscape used as a masking background for Earth gauss MRI type surveillance.
Negative Ionizer dumps - Charging up spots around areas with a hand held ionizer creates lots of local changing pockets of electric fields that the adaptive algorithms have difficulty keeping up with. Research in this area is the most promising and active.
Electric field disruptors - Defeating the ionospheric heaters, as they are mismarketed by the DoD, is difficult. The general concept is that they heat up ions to the same temperature electrostatically. Think of this like a charging field. Oscillating, overheating, or discharging this electrostatic temperature will disable this type of surveillance technique and not allow a biocommunication signal lock on. Using the same mylar blankets and a 10,000v or above from a negative ionizer circuitry, one can create two or more large capacitive panels where a strong electric field that diminishes the treatorous [attacks]. The voltage and capacitance of the large plates will only give you a static shock and presents no danger to life if they are touched. To further improve the shields, constant modulation in a semi-chaotic slow pattern prevents adaptation by [perpetrators]...
Superconductor Shields
Superconductors act as a 100% magnetic mirror. These very expensive shields block traditional Radar imaging and Infrared imaging because they need to be cooled with liquid nitrogen. Several scientists also hypothesize that scalar fields are deflected i.e.(interferometric stealth radar). Work is underway to validate this type of shield. Yttrium, Barium, Copper Oxide (1,2,3) is used for the high temperature ceramic plates being grown.
Static Electric Shields
Theory of operation:
...There are two main components of the [perpetrator's] signal, first an ion heating and electron spin alignment and then a second main signal that actively scans the terrain using a technique like electron spin resonance...The goal [of shielding] is to weaken the signal to noise ratio by misaligning electron spins and overpowering the electric field over a large area so there is little coherence in the signal. Creating a simple powerful static electric field in an area has reduced symptoms enormously for individuals. This is far more effective than negative ion generators or magnetic jewelry for decreasing the discomfort caused from these surveillance systems. If you are affected by this type of imaging, this will improve your sleep and generally make you feel more relaxed and happier. Set up the shields especially where you sleep or work or where ever you spend the most time.
You can increase the effectiveness by adding more Mylar blankets to your setup to completely close the sides and ceiling of a room. Remember to leave some space between the sheets and attach them loosely by the corners so they have room to breath. Staples work best because tape tends to unstuck after a time.
Recommended Setup
Staple at least one of the Mylar sheets to the ceiling and the other two nearby it. Don't let them touch anything grounded or each other. Attach the end of the high voltage supply labeled output to the ceiling panel and the other lead to the side panels using the alligator clips and wire provided. There is no switch so once you plug in the device, it is on. Feel free to touch the plates. You will only get a tiny zap as it charges your body up with static electricity and you may hear the pleasant pulsing sound of the electrical discharges. The decrease of symptoms should be felt immediately with improvement depending on amount of time spent under the shield.
Other Configurations
If you have time, try other configurations. Try reversing the
leads to the panels. Try moving the Mylar panels around to different spots.

Two very important books to read are Educational Psychology by Cronbach and Language Arts Behavioral Objectives by Flannigan, Shanner and Mager. These books are older but are the basis of their thinking. The study of this information will help you understand their tactics and how to build your own countermeasures. The Christians back in the 80's knew and warned of the danger of this new age evil and no one listened. Salem Gilban's book Satan's Mark Exposed told of the supercomputer takeover in the late seventies but no one expected to have lasers stuck directly in their brains. NSA Laser Manipulation of Meridian Channels
The use of the human meridian system by laser entry to left cerebellum lobe and top of skull or the actual meridian points is a tool for pain control, trauma memory and constant extrapolation. Head tilting can disconnect this nervous system connection and raising trap muscles to back of skull can disconnect cerebellum lasers. The Lord is set to return and this is what is coming on those who refuse the mark of these NSA satanists. The scriptures have told and I can describe it because I lived thru it. The torture starts by creating a tremendous sense of awe. First, they turn your hearing wide open by laser to auditory cortex and then you have racing thoughts that assimilate everything you look at to mean seven or eight things. Things pulled from your own memory bank and the pictures to go with it. This lasted several days and they agitated the adrenal glands to the point of exhaustion. The people that think this NASA PROJECT BLUE BEAM won't effect others do not realize the laser in their heads will awestruck them. These holograms will be nothing to the real Rapture of our Lord Jesus Christ that they are trying to coincide with. This could be the start of the five months.
Then will come the sharp cracking blasts to the head and penetrating blows to the body. This is to give the illusion of an exterior force and that you are responding on your own thinking. I soon realized that it was an infrared laser striking me but did not realize they had replaced my thought voice. This came much later after months and months of torture and sleep deprivation. The goal was to distract and debilitate me from realizing that mind control lasers were inserted into my cerebellum and neocortex. People in mass will realize that every human right has been stripped away.
The search for the hidden cameras is usually the next laugh these satanists have. While I was reading they somehow knew the next paragraph and I thought there is no way a hidden camera could see that. It is hard to believe that a laser to the visual cortex could see in real time everything I could. The fact is these lasers and supercomputers can. You now have to comprehend that every shower or bathroom visit and private moment is recorded and watched. And they want you to add this to your stack of worries. They know that the human brain can't process this amount of trauma that quickly so they amnesia wall yesterday and use it to create fear at a later time. This doesn't lessen the effect but suspends one in a time warp and in an extreme stress state. The sad fact is that the sleep you do get is controlled and is usually only half sleep. This technology will agitate you in your sleep and wake you up or never let you enter true REM sleep. The effects of this torture and the coming disasters could be too much on people, if they don't trust the Lord unto death. The hope of earthquakes destroying these supercomputers would help those tribulation saints to at least escape this torture matrix. Pray that earthquakes will destroy these supercomputers.
My greatest hope is that when the Lord floats down with the saints and the angels in the Rapture that He will knock these satellites out of the sky and render this power line tesla system powerless. In his book, Psychiatry and the CIA: Victims of Mind Control, Dr. Harvey Weinstein quotes the following passage from a book entitled, Battle for the Mind: A Physiology of Conversion and Brainwashing, by William Sargant (Greenwood Press, Westport, CT, 1957):
“‘By increasing or prolonging stresses in various ways, or inducing physical debilitation, a more thorough alteration of the person’s thinking processes may be achieved. ...If the stress or the physical debilitation, or both, are carried one stage further, it may happen that patterns of thought and behavior, especially those of recent acquisition, become disrupted. New patterns can then be substituted, or suppressed patterns allowed to reassert themselves; or the subject may begin to think or act in ways that precisely contradict his former ones.
“‘...If a complete sudden collapse can be produced by prolonging or intensifying emotional stress, the cortical slate may be wiped clean temporarily of its more recently implanted patterns of behavior, perhaps allowing others to be substituted more easily.’”
Dr. Weinstein then comments: “The parallel with [Dr. Ewen] Cameron’s theory of differential amnesia is striking, and the relationship to brainwashing is abundantly clear.”11 Dr. Cameron, employed by McGill University’s Allan Memorial Institute in Montreal, Quebec, Canada, between 1943 and 1964, conducted brainwashing experiments upon select, non-volunteer psychiatric patients on behalf of the CIA. Dr. Weinstein’s father was one of Cameron’s victims.
Sargant’s theorems and Cameron’s associated experimental findings appear to be the driving force behind the harassment and experimentation now being reported to this Association. All of these individuals are being subjected to a series of overlapping circumstances which apparently are meant to induce and sustain long-term extremes of stress. All of these individuals have been effectively isolated. Unethical psychiatrists and physicians are involved in the majority of these cases. Mind-altering prescription drugs are being used for clearly non-therapeutic purposes. Evidence of LSD use is also beginning to surface (one of Cameron’s favored mind-altering substances). And “psychic driving” techniques—Cameron’s pet brainwashing method—are involved in all these cases, to a much greater and more potentially effective degree where auditory input is involved.
The long-term objectives of these harassment and experimentation campaigns appear to be quite fundamental; viz.,
(1) induce a sense of perverted “loyalty” toward the very agencies engaged in the individual’s harassment, to confuse his or her priorities where the possibility of obtaining legal redress might be concerned;
(2) redirect the targeted individual’s feelings of hopelessness, anger and frustration toward racial and ethnic groups, and toward select, prominent political figures, to include the President of the United States; and
(3) force the individual to commit an act of violence, whether suicide or murder, under conditions which can be plausibly denied by the government.
An operation’s ultimate success apparently hangs on this latter objective. We have successfully obstructed this process in a number of cases now being investigated.

Simply joining Alcoholics or Narcotics Anonymous can lead to mental evaluations for your prospects of becoming a "shooter on the shelf". By examining your past traumas by Remote Neural Monitoring during these meetings they can determine your likelihood for successful trauma based mind control. The search thru this and "current movies" will alert to childhood trauma. The targeting of these type meetings and their mistrust and alienation of present or past drug abusers and alcoholics has been mentioned on other TI websites. These RNM abuses were a major source of information in the 90's. Imagine joining a group to over come addictions and being rewarded with this type of torture and abuse. Only this warped and evil group of satanists would do such a thing. If a judge sentences you to attend AA or NA meetings, jail would have been better. Hoaxed "Discoveries'
What is important to understand in the first step is that those earthquakes will hit at different parts of the world where scientific and archaeological teachings have indicated that arcane mysteries have been buried. By those types of earthquakes, it will be possible for scientists to rediscover those arcane mysteries which will be used to discredit all fundamental religious doctrines. This is the first preparation for the plan for humanity because what they want to do is destroy the beliefs of all Christians and Muslims on the planet. To do that, they need some false 'proof' from the far past that will prove to all nations that their religions have all been misinterpreted and misunderstood.
The Big Space Show in the Sky
The second step in the NASA Blue Beam Project involves a gigantic 'space show' with three-dimensional optical holograms and sounds, laser projection of multiple holographic images to different parts of the world, each receiving a different image according to predominating regional national religious faith. This new 'god's' voice will be speaking in all languages. In order to understand that, we must study various secret services' research done in the last 25 years. The Soviet's have perfected an advanced computer, even exported them, and fed them with the minute physio-psychological particulars based on their studies of the anatomy and electromechanical composition of the human body, and the studies of the electrical, chemical and biological properties of the human brain. These computers were fed, as well, with the languages of all human cultures and their meanings. The dialects of all cultures have been fed into the computers from satellite transmissions. The Soviets began to feed the computers with objective programs like the ones of the new messiah. It also seems that the Soviets - the new world order people - have resorted to suicidal methods with the human society by allocating electronic wavelengths for every person and every society and culture to induce suicidal thoughts if the person doesn't comply with the dictates of the new world order.
There are two different aspects of step two.
The first is the 'space show.' Where does the space show come from? The space show, the holographic images will be used in a simulation of the ending during which all nations will be shown scenes that will be the fulfillment of that which they desire to verify the prophecies and adversary events.
These will be projected from satellites onto the sodium layer about 60 miles above the earth. We see tests every once in a while, but they are called UFOs and "flying saucers" sightings.
The result of these deliberately staged events will be to show the world the new 'christ,' the new messiah, Matraia (Maitreya), for the immediate implementation of the new world religion. Enough truth will be foisted upon an unsuspecting world to hook them into the lie. "Even the most learned will be deceived."
The project has perfected the ability for some device [referred to as "tractor beams" by ufologists].to lift up an enormous number of people, as in a Rapture, and whisk the entire group into a never-never land We see tests of this device in the abduction of humans by those mysterious little alien greys who snatch people out of their beds and through windows into waiting "mother ships." The calculated resistance to the universal religion and the new messiah and the ensuing holy wars will result in the loss of human life on a scale never imagined before in all of human history.
The Blue Beam Project will pretend to be the universal fulfillment of the prophecies of old, as major an event as that which occurred 2,000 years ago. In principle, it will make use of the skies as a movie screen (on the sodium layer at about 60 miles) as space-based laser-generating satellites project simultaneous images to the four corners of the planet in every language and dialect according to the region. It deals with the religious aspect of the new world order and is deception and seduction on a massive scale.
Computers will coordinate the satellites and software already in place will run the sky show. Holographic images are based on nearly identical signals combining to produce an image or hologram with deep perspective which is equally applicable to acoustic ELF, VLF and LF waves and optical phenomena. Specifically, the show will consist of multiple holographic images to different parts of the world, each receiving a different image according to the specific national, regional religion. Not a single area will be excluded. With computer animation and sounds appearing to emanate from the very depths of space, astonished ardent followers of the various creeds will witness their own returned messiahs in convincing lifelike reality.
Then the projections of Jesus, Mohammed, Buddha, Krishna, etc., will merge into one after correct explanations of the mysteries and revelations will have been disclosed. This one god will, in fact, be the Antichrist, who will explain that the various scriptures have been misunderstood and misinterpreted, and that the religions of old are responsible for turning brother against brother, and nation against nation, therefore old religions must be abolished to make way for the new age new world religion, representing the one god Antichrist they see before them.
Naturally, this superbly staged falsification will result in dissolved social and religious disorder on a grand scale, each nation blaming the other for the deception, setting loose millions of programmed religious fanatics through demonic possession on a scale never witnessed before. In addition, this event will occur at a time of profound worldwide political anarchy and general tumult created by some worldwide catastrophe. The United Nation even now plans to use Beethovan's 'Song of Joy' as the anthem for the introduction for the new age one world religion. If we put this space show in parallel with the star wars program we get this: combination of electromagnetic radiation and hypnosis which have also been the subject of intensive research. In 1974, for instance, researcher G. F. Shapits, said of one of the research proposals that, '...in this investigation it will be shown that the spoken words of the hypnotist may also be converted by electromagnetic energy directly and to the subconscious part of the human brain without employing any mechanical device for receiving or transcording the message, and without the person exposed to such influence having a chance to control the information input consciously. It may be expected that the rationalized behavior will be considered to have been taken out of their own free will.'
Anyone investigating so-called 'channelling' phenomena right now would be wise to take this area of research into consideration. It will be noted that those who think of themselves as 'channellers' has escalated rapidly since this type of research was conducted. It is uncanny how similar their messages are, despite which entity they claim to be their source of divine guidance. It would suggest any individual considering the credibility of channelled information should be discerning and critically evaluate where the message they are receiving originates, and if the messages are specifically beneficial to the new world order.
The Sydney Morning newspaper published an item on March 21st, 1983 which announced that the Soviets were invading the human mind, the article having been submitted to the foreign editor by Doctor Nathan Abnuengy, assistant professor in the faculty of agriculture in Asia. It is worth quoting the article at length even though his grammar is a little old. This article relates to the Soviets who created the supercomputer we were discussing earlier and which is really important because these types of computers can be run through satellites and through space. The computers were fed with all the different languages and their meanings, the dialect of all peoples were fed to the computers with objective programs. But we are no longer talking about the Soviets; we are talking about the United Nations, the minions of the new world order, who are feeding the computers with the necessary information.
The editor of the column in which the article appeared even states that the piece made points too important to ignore. I think it is possible that the persons who have created this mega-mind-control-program could sell the software to an organization and not be aware that the client might use the program and data to enslave all of humankind. Just imagine how far they have advanced since that article was published!
Artificial Thought & Communication
The advancement of techniques propel us toward the third step in the Blue Beam Project that goes along with the telepathic and electronically augmented two-way communication where ELF, VLF and LF waves will reach each person from within his or her own mind, convincing each of them that their own god is speaking to them from the very depths of their own soul. Such rays from satellites are fed from the memories of computers that have stored massive data about every human on earth, and their languages. The rays will then interlace with their natural thinking to form what we call diffuse artificial thought.
That kind of technology goes into the 1970s, 1980s, and 1990s research where the human brain has been compared to a computer. Information is fed in, processed, integrated and then a response is formulated and acted upon. Mind controllers manipulate information the same way a computer for grammar manipulates information. In January 1991, the University of Arizona hosted a conference entitled, 'The NATO Advanced Research Workshop on Current and Emergent Phenomena and Biomolecular Systems.' What does that mean exactly? It means this: We refer to one paper that was delivered at the conference which stands out for its different attitude towards the development under discussion at that time. It was, in effect, a protest and chilling warning to the attending scientists about the potential abuse of their research findings.
Their findings, of course, stated that the United States has already developed communications equipment which can make the blind see, the deaf hear and the lame walk. It can relieve the terminally ill from pain without the use of drugs or surgery. I'm not talking about science fiction. A man might retain the use of all his faculties right up to the moment of his death. This communications equipment depends upon a completely new way of looking at the human brain and neuromuscular systems and radiation pulses at ultra-low frequencies. Some of this equipment is now operational within the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), and Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). It will never be used to make the blind see, the deaf hear and the lame walk because it is central to the domestic political agenda and foreign policy of George Bush and his puppet-masters of the new world order.
Domestically, the new communications equipment is being used to torture and murder persons who match profiles imagined to be able to screen a given population for terrorists; to torture and murder citizens who belong to organizations which promote tolerance and peace and development in Central America; to torture and murder citizens who belong to organizations who oppose the development and deployment of nuclear weapons, and to create a race of slave cult automatons, or what is popularly called 'the Manchurian Candidates.' Overseas experimentation is taking place on hostages held by the United States and Canada, Great Britain, Australia, Germany, Finland and France. Additionally, there has been a long series of bizarre suicides among British computer scientists, all of whom have had some connection to the United States Navy.
What is possible to ask before such a psychology of terror is this: would any government, corporation or psychiatrist wilfully promote such horror today? The answer is quite obviously, 'Yes.'
Government agencies and the corporations that work with them toward a new world order are prepared to promote anything that will help them achieve their objective of total social control. As for the question of why: For one thing, if you terrify the public and make them fear for their safety, they will allow you to implement draconian law enforcement practice, disarm them and keep extensive records on them, and they only have to tell you that it is all to protect you, of course. Secondly, it promotes the decay of the present democratic forms of political systems, and leads societies to search for alternative methods of political ideology. Of course, the alternative has already been planned. It is called the New World Order and it will not have your safety or interests at heart. As George Bush said: 'Read my lips.' Fear has always been used by powerful elite to control and subjugate the masses.
The old maxim, 'divide and conquer', is being played out to the limit worldwide to ensure that everyone is frightened for their personal safety, and to be suspicious of everyone else. This, too, is mind-control. To go further in regard to the new technology which is at the base of the NASA Blue Beam Project, we have to consider this statement by psychologist James V. McConnell which was published in a 1970s issue of Psychology Today. He said, 'The day has come when we can combine sensory deprivation with drug hypnosis and astute manipulation of reward and punishment to gain almost absolute control over an individual's behavior. It should then be possible to achieve a very rapid and highly effective type of positive brainwashing that would allow us to make dramatic changes in a person's behavior and personality.'
Now, when we talked before about that kind of ray and the telepathic and electronically augmented communication, the kind of rays that are fed from the memories of computers which store massive data about humans, human language and dialects, and we said that the people will be reached from within, making each person to believe that his own god is speaking directly from within his or her own soul, we refer to that kind of technology and that kind of thinking that same psychologist was espousing, that is: we should be trained from birth that we should all do what society wants us to do rather than what we want to do for ourselves; that because they have the technology to do it, no one should now be allowed to have their own individual personality. This statement and these ideas are important because it is the basic teaching of the United Nations that no one owns his or her own personality. And that same psychologist claims that no one has any say-so about the kind of personality they acquire and there is no reason to believe you have the right to refuse to acquire a new personality if your old personality is considered 'antisocial.'
What is important in this declaration is that the new world order will be set up over the current system, meaning the old way of thinking and behavior and religion will be considered the 'old' and incorrect way of thinking and that they can change it at one of the eradication camps of the United Nations to make sure that anyone with this 'antisocial' behavior will be disposed of quickly so that other modified individuals will be able to fulfill the needs and agendas of the new world order without being distracted by the truth.
Could this be the greatest mind control project ever?
The NASA Blue Beam Project is the prime directive for the new world order's absolute control over the populations of the entire earth. I would suggest you investigate this information carefully before dismissing it as fanatic lunacy. If we go further in the different reports we have presented, we find that the mind-control operations and technology include a transmitter that broadcasts at the same frequency as the human nervous-system, which transmitter is manufactured by the Loral Electro-Optical System in Pasadena, California. Loral, a major defense contractor, has previously conducted research on directed energy weapons for Lt. Gen. Leonard Perez of the U. S. Air Force who was searching for a weapon that could implant messages into the minds of the enemy while urging his own troops on to superhuman deeds of valor! The device employs electromagnetic radiation of gigahertz frequencies [microwaves] pulsed at extremely low frequencies (ELF). It is used to torture people both physically and mentally from a distance.
Weapons of this type are thought to have been used against a British woman protesting the presence of American Cruise Missiles at Greenham Common Airbase during the 1970s. This weapon can be used to induce total sensory deprivation by broadcasting signals into the auditory nerve at such high power that it blocks the ability of the individual to hear themselves think!
The process employed by such ELF technology are described in various U. S. Defense Department publications, including one entitled, ' The Electromagnetic Spectrum and Low Intensity Conflict,' by Captain Paul E. Tyler, Medical Commandant, U. S. Navy, which is included in a collection entitled, 'Low Intensity Conflict and Modern Technology Edict,' by Lt. Col David G. Dean, USAF. The paper was delivered in 1984 and the collection published 1986 by Air University Press, Maxwell Airforce Base, Alabama. Another pulse microwave device can deliver audible signals directly to an individual while remaining undetectable to anyone else. The technology is very simple and can be built by using an ordinary police radar gun. The microwave beam generated by the device is modulated at audio frequencies and can broadcast messages directly into the brain. Now here we come to the NASA Blue Beam Project. The broadcasting of subliminal two-way communication and images from the depths of space correspond directly to that kind of technology.
In his book, 'The Body Electric,' Nobel Prize nominee Dr. Robert O. Becker describes a series of experiments conducted in the early 1960s by Allen Frie where this phenomena was demonstrated as well as later experiments conducted in 1973 at the Walter Reed Army Institute of Research by Dr. Joseph C. Sharp who personally underwent tests in which he proved he could hear and understand messages delivered to him in an echo-free isolation chamber via a pulsed microwave audiogram which is an analog of the word's sound vibration beamed into his brain. Becker then goes on to state, 'Such a device has obvious application for covert operations designed to drive a target crazy with unknown voices or deliver undetectable instructions to a programmed assassin."
Now figure out when we hear that voice from the new world messiah who would be speaking from space to all of the sane (?) people of the earth who might give instructions to zealots and religious fanatics, we would see hysteria and social mayhem on a scale never witnessed before on this planet. No police forces in the world, even as a combined front, could deal with the disorder that will follow! A 1978 book entitled, 'Microwave Auditory Effect and Application,' by James C. Lynn describes how audible voices can be broadcast directly into the brain. This technology could actually allow the blind to see and the deaf to hear. Instead, it has been turned into a weapon to enslave the world.
Allen Frie also reports that he could speed up, slow down or stop the hearts of isolated frogs by synchronizing the pulsed rate of a microwave beam with the heart itself. According to Dr. Robert Becker, similar results have been obtained using live frogs, which shows that it is technically feasible to produce heart attacks with rays designed to penetrate the human chest.

It has been demonstrated that focused ultra high frequency UHF electromagnetic energy beams can be used to induce considerable agitation and muscular activity or induce muscular weakness and lethargy. Microwaves can also be used to burn human skin and aid the effect of drugs, bacteria and poisons or affect the function of the entire brain. These effects were all revealed at length by the CIA on September 21, 1977 in testimony before the Subcommittee on Health and Scientific Research. Dr. Sidney Gottlieb who directed the MK-Ultra program at that time was forced to discuss the scope of the CIA's research to find techniques of activation of the human organism by remote electronic means. So this is something that exists right now, that has been pursued to its highest degree, that can be used from space to reach any person, anyplace on the face of the earth.
If we go deeper in that process of mind control over the people we find that the equipment and technology has been used to influence politics in a much more direct fashion. Michael Dukakis, the Democrat candidate running against George Bush in the 1988 election was targeted with microwave technology in order to impede his public speaking performance once the public opinion polls showed he posed a serious threat to Bush's election prospects. He also claims that the equipment was used against Kitty Dukakis and drove her to the brink of suicide. In the Disneyland world of U. S. politics, a presidential candidate with problems such as these, would obviously lose their race to the White House. In the December 1980 edition of the U. S. Army Journal, called the Military Review, a column by Lt. Col John B. Alexander, entitled, 'The New Mental Battlefield: Beam Me Up, Spock,' provides further insight into the technical capabilities at the disposal of the comptroller. He writes:
"Several examples will demonstrate areas in which progress have been made. The transference of energy from one organism to another; the ability to heal or cause disease to be transmitted over a distance, thus inducing illness or death from no apparent cause; telepathic behavior modification which includes the ability to induce hypnotic states up to a distance of 1,000 kilometers have been reported.
The use of telepathic hypnosis also holds great potential. This capability could allow agents to be deeply planted with no conscious knowledge of their programming. In movie terms, the Manchurian Candidate lives, and does not even require a telephone call. 'Other mind-to-mind induction techniques are being considered. If perfected this capability could allow the direct transference of thought via telepathy from one mind or group of minds to a select target audience. The unique factor is that the recipient will not be aware that thought has been implanted from an external source. He or she will believe the thoughts are original."
This is exactly what we were talking about.
The third step in the NASA Blue Beam Project is called the Telepathic Electronic Two-Way Communication. Lt. Col John Alexander's article continues:
"If it is possible to feed artificial thought into the multigenic field via satellite, the mind control of the entire planet is now possible. An individual's only resistance would be to constantly question the motivation behind their thoughts and not act upon thoughts which they consider to be outside their own ideological, religious and moral boundaries.'"
Once again, it is wise to consider how television, advertising, modern education and various types of social pressure are used to manipulate those boundaries. It has been reported by Lt. Col Alexander who said, in the summary of his Military Review article,
'The information on those kinds of technologies presented here would be considered by some to be ridiculous since it does not conform to their view of reality. But some people still believe the world is flat.'
Now, this means a lot, because if people do not believe this kind of technology is possible, or that it is science fiction, those people put themselves in great jeopardy, because on the night when those thousand stars will shine from space, during the night when the new messiah will be presented to the world, they will not be prepared and will have no time to prepare to save themselves against that kind of technology. They don't believe and they won't take time to prepare.

Universal Supernatural Manifestations via Electronics
The fourth step concerns the universal supernatural manifestation with electronic means. It contains three different orientations.
One is to make mankind believe that an alien (off-world) invasion is about to occur at every major city on earth in order to provoke each major nation to use its nuclear weapons in order to strike back. This way, the United Nations Court will require that all those nations which launched nuclear weapons to disarm when the invasion is shown to have been false. And how will the United Nations know that the invasion was false? They will have staged it, of course.
The second is to make the Christians believe that the Rapture is going to occur with the supposed divine intervention of an alien (off-world) civilization coming to rescue earthlings from a savage and merciless demon. Its goal will be to dispose of all significant opposition to the implementation of the New World Order in one major stroke, actually within hours of the beginning of the sky show!
The third orientation in the fourth step is a mixture of electronic and supernatural forces. The waves used at that time will allow "supernatural forces" to travel through optical fibers, coaxial cables (TV) electrical and phone lines in order to penetrate to everyone at once through major appliances. Embedded chips will already be in place. The goal of this deals with global Satanic ghosts projected all around the world in order to push all populations to the edge of hysteria and madness, to drown them into a wave of suicide, murder and permanent psychological disorders. After the Night of the Thousand Stars, worldwide populations will be ready for the new messiah to re-establish order and peace at any cost, even at the cost of abdication of freedom.
Phasing Out Cash & Independence
The techniques used in the fourth step is exactly the same used in the past in the USSR to force the people to accept Communism. The same technique will be used by the United Nations to implement the new world religion and the new world order. A lot of people ask when this is going to happen and how they will accomplish the visions of the Night of a Thousand Stars, and the events that will point to the days when it will begin.
According to the many reports we have received, we believe it will begin with some kind of worldwide economic disaster. Not a complete crash, but enough to allow them to introduce some kind of in-between currency before they introduce their electronic cash to replace all paper or plastic money. The in-between currency will be used to force anyone with savings to spend or turn in their cash because they understand that people who have money and are not dependent upon them might be the very ones who will mount an insurrection against them. If everyone is broke, no one can fund a war of any kind: paper currency will cease to exist. This is one of the first signs.
But to implement the worldwide electronic money system, everyone in the world who might have money in the future, will have to have a way to transfer money electronically. Before that time, everyone will have spent, before the year 2,000, all of their cash, reserves and assets. Everyone has to be 100% dependent upon the Council for their existence. To prevent any kind of independence, the new world order has already implanted micro chips in wild animals, birds, fish, etc. Why? They want to make certain that the people who will not accept the New World Order will not be able to hunt or fish any where in the world. If they try, they will be tracked and traced by satellites, then hunted down and imprisoned or killed.
The new world order is already changing the laws of all nations to make everyone dependent upon a single food and vitamin supply. They are changing laws about religion and psychiatric disorders in order to identify anyone who is potentially threatening to the NWO. Those who are found defective will be sent to eradication camps where their organs will be taken and sold to the highest bidders. Those who are not killed outright will be used as slave labor or used in medical experiments. The goal of a dictatorship is to control everyone, everywhere on the planet, ruthlessly and without exception. That's why the new technology being introduced everywhere is a technology for the control of the people. The technology of the 1940s and 1950s was used to help the people have an easier and more productive life.
The new technology is designed and built to track down and control people everywhere. This technology is being manufactured for a specific purpose and to refuse to see and recognize that purpose, which is to enslave the entire populations of the world, is to deny the emergence of the Antichrist and the establishment of the new world order religion and government. “…I was eventually offered a place in the syndicate. The syndicate was
presented to me as a kind of fraternity, a masonic-like mutual profit
organization with strong police- like overtones. I was told that I was
helping to build a better society. However, I have never been given
any of the advancement opportunities I was promised. The “advancement
system” of the syndicate is a slippery slope. They make you give up
your security priveliges, so eventually all of your communications
are watched (which is why I composed this email offline where they
can’t see me, and sent it via an internet cafe) and you have to attend
meeting after meeting of mind-numbing pledges and chants.
The premise is that if you sign contracts giving up personal
liberties for the group, and you are genuinely innocent, then you
will be promoted. I have only been promoted once, to the rank of manager,
and I don’t feel as if it is a rewarding experience.
Worse, you are never allowed to leave because they think you will
give away secrets. Leaving is only permissible with a special contract
that permits the syndicate to destroy your credibility (usually they make
sure that the most attention any secrets that you reveal get is from
crackpot UFO magazines, or diagnose you with schizophrenia).
There are other problems. If you have children, you have to send them to
education in syndicate owned schools. If you have a wife, you have to
report on her, allow her to be spied upon, and be prepared to target her
if they decide to turn her into a TI. The official “compensation” policy
is that you will get to keep the children if she lodges a divorce. However,
you won’t get to keep most of her material goods. They only want her to
lose in the divorce proceedings so she gets nothing, not so the husband
gets anything, so the syndicate takes it back as a tithe.
I suppose I should introduce the syndicate in a little more detail.
I’m still not sure precisely what it is trying to do. To everyday citizens,
it presents itself as a group trying to monitor terrorists (or any other
kind of flavour- of-the-month undesirables like gays/communists/witches)
and drive them out. To other people, its a rotary club/chamber of commerce
type operation. To others still, the most twisted conspiratorial minds,
it is an organization that pulls the strings behind everything. To the
puritan, it is a cleansing force. To the deviant, it is a gang of other
deviants where everything is permissible. It’s the syndicate to everyone,
though. I don’t know the extent of what it owns.
I do, however, know a great deal about the targeting process. When we
get targets, we divide them into four categories: mercenary, practice,
planning, and enemy. Mercenary targets are bought by outside parties. We
advertise under a range of guises, from ads by “individuals” claiming to
be able to kidnap people, to practical jokers. Some groups, like big
corporations and some governments (the government of Xxxxxx pays us to
keep some people busy, so do the Xxxxxxs when they have too many people
protesting whaling) know fully well what sort of services we do, so we
don’t really hide them.
We get a lot of money from them, but we can still muster up a fair bit
if worst comes to worst. I’m not sure so much about the NWO theory.
Maybe the Xxxxxxx count, but you’d be surprised at how much money we can
get from crime. I don’t mean that we go out robbing people, but we can
outsource money from biker gangs/skinheads/drug dealers pretty easily.
Our syndicate gets a lot of support from people in rough areas like Xxxxxx
and Xxxx’s Xxxx. Because there are areas with a lot of people in genuine
need, who would leap at the thought of fighting back at the criminals,
we can always find allies to pressure the criminal portions of society.
Of course, they are only pressuring them into giving us money, but it’s
a pretty cozy arrangement.
The second type of target is the practice target. We use them to train
mobs. The targets don’t actually change, because we don’t want TOO
many people fighting back at us. But we do rotate trainees between
practice targets. This stops the person seeing the same people every
time there’s a street show.
Then there are planning targets. These are selected by the syndicate
for some reason or rather but aren’t paid for by mercenaries. You can
usually tell the difference between planning and practice targets
because they send people with experience after them. They’re still
chosen by the same people though. The practice ones are of course chosen
for their timidity. I don’t know how the planning ones are chosen.
Enemy targets are people that decide they’ve had enough and turn
against us. Since they protest and try to foil our plans (which,
considering that our jobs are already nervy, is a real pain in the arse),
we try to really give them hell. The best way, of course, is through
the psychs. My supervisor used to say that the Soviets had it right with
Sluggishly Progressing Schizophrenia.
Some people up-top are proposing that we just kill them and have them
declared Natural Causes or Accidental by the coroner. It isn’t likely
to happen, though.
Anyway, I should introduce the main branches of the syndicate. Each
branch recruits its own (everybody is a member of one of the branches)
instead of people just joining a common pool. This keeps the work
separate and stops people from finding stuff out that they shouldn’t.
My branch is the Scripting, Observation, and Execution Bureau (or “The
Theatre” as it is popularly known). By execution, I mean the execution
of orders, not the other kind. We do the work that the majority of people
with any knowledge of gang stalking will be familiar with: pestering
and scripting minor incidents.
The Theatre is actually divided into two sub-branches: Scripting
Orchestration Officers (or “playwrights” as they call themselves)
and Field Officers (or “thespians” as we call ourselves).
We have the most variety in our recruits. Popular sources are the police,
the fire department, the zoo, and technicians of any kind. But we
recruit from all places. Most members are neighborhood watch types
(not official Neighborhood Watch, but “concerned people”). Ironically,
we make sure that we do a lot of good, just to get some credibility.
Then there is the Bureau of Authority (“The Moneybags”). They don’t
actually control the syndicate, but they have all the right jobs and
connections. So, a judge might have control over the judicial process,
but he will answer to a superior in the syndicate. Psychiatrists belong
here too.
The Moneybags are so-called because they raise a lot of the money.
It would be suspicious if big corporations funded groups like this,
but they can invest money into front- groups. And the majority of the
syndicate’s work is done through completely legitimate fronts. We can
tap phone lines and access people’s records from behind government
agencies. Usually, these are the guys that go after Enemy Targets.
Normally, harrassment is organized under several “action
policies“. If a target isn’t an enemy, a standard policy is enforced.
Low level organizers (the aforementioned “playwrights”) play around
with the target for a while and rotate crews.
When a target is an “enemy“, the policy doesn’t immediately change, but
orders filter down from high-level organizers (usually the Supreme Council)
which direct ‘Thespians’ to provoke the target or a similar action,
and Moneybags to crack down on them once they get in the way of the system.
This is called Mincing, because the thespians lure the “meat” (by making it
complain or fight back) into the “mincer”.
The Bureau also protects members of the syndicate. Normally, in a court
case/psych examination or similar situation where a syndicate member is
at the mercy of a moneybag, a special order arrives from above telling the
moneybag to take it easy on the guy and let him off scott free. The order
is always printed in blue, on fancy cherry-blossom paper, but in a very
official border/font.
“Cherrying” is the name for this secret process. The Bureau of Authority
has a very organized system of lawyers, judges, medical officers, etc.
Whenever you’re committing a crime for the good of the syndicate, you
must always report your location. Then they send Cousin Nancy (this is
an affectionate term for the police in the employment of the syndicate
that they send to arrest you instead of non- syndicate cops, so you can
go straight through the appropriate channels without anything suspicious
being seen) to tail you and “arrest” you the moment somebody calls 911.
They all follow a minimalist strategy though. For example, the mayor of
Xxxxx isn’t a member of the syndicate. But several of his advisors and
aides are. This way we can get laws passed in a discreet manner, and if
a high-profile figure is targeted, our hold on an organization doesn’t
loosen. We try to arrange elections of mayors that aren’t too headstrong.
Though the governement is mainly used as a minor nuisance. We prefer the
courts for most activities.
The Bureau of Technology (Field), BoT(F) is the group in charge of the
electrical equipment. They work alongside us thespians and “gaffer” the
targets by giving them the usual fatigue/headaches/medical problems.
They can also destroy equipment, screw up televisions, the works. I
think they are particuarly sadistic.
Different crews use different Techs, but they’re all unpleasant. The
incapacitators come in a lot of different forms. There are ones that
come as a lightbulb that slowly gives people eye-strain and makes them
tired. You can fit some in computer/TV monitors and the glare irritates
people.
I’ve heard they’re even building fridge magnets with electronic devices
in them. That isn’t the extent of the BoT(F)’s machinery.
They manufacture pills that can cause deformities in the womb, as well
as miscarriage and give them to women in their food. They can fake
HIV/AIDS so the test shows up positive the first time, but subsequent tests
show that it was a false positive. This faux-HIV can be put in the target’s
food. They usually give the target a few health scares, but they don’t like
to physically hurt anyone.
One Field Tech I knew had a penchant for giving people Syphillis. They
could treat it easily enough with pennicillin (and the syndicate always
made sure that it would be diagnosed on time), but it showed up on the
targets’ permanent records for medical treatment. They also conduct
extensive testing without the target’s knowledge.
One TI we were monitoring was found to have a malignant tumor in his
head (not our doing). He wasn’t experiencing any of the symptoms, so we
gave him some through the incapacitators and had a few of his friends
warn him about cancer. He had a test done, and just for fun, we had the
doctor tell him how dangerous it could be and how he could die soon. We
gave him a six month waiting period and told him that by then the tumor
could progress so far that it could never be removed. That’s a lie, of
course. Our BoT(F) had it out in a jiffy by sending one of their brain
surgeons to do the job, but it’s the fear that counts.
The Bureau of Technology (Communications) monitors the target’s phone
calls, emails, and absolutely everything else. They tend to recruit from
the national archives, census takers office, records office, credit card
companies, medicare, insurance, etc. They are the logistics branch. As I
said, most of the syndicate’s work is done from within legitimate areas.
What the BoT(C) does (very often) is send a “receptionist applicant”
over to a credit card company or government agency pretending she knows
nothing about hacking computers or accessing records. We pull a few strings
and she’s in. She then steals information while nobody is looking. A few
old-timers like to have 100% control over the “records farm” but most
prefer the minimalist approach. This is the bureau that gives out
information and orders to everybody else, and also acts as a communications
post for the whole syndicate.
The Supreme Council delivers orders through them. Outside orders are
also taken in through the BoT(C), which advertises as a mercenary group
through certain channels.
The Bureau of Alliances, or “trading partners” handles our allies. As
far as I know, the syndicate is Xxxxxxan only. The only other gang
stalking group in this country is a West Xxxxxxxxan organization called
the confederacy. Very often they try to move into the xxxxx xxxxx so we
have to hold them back, diplomatically or otherwise. However, we have
contracts with Xxxxxxan groups whereby we handle their targets when they
move into Xxxxxx. The same with the Xxxxan groups and the confederacy.
The other groups pay for their targets to be “handled” while they travel
here. We make millions of dollars this way.
Finally, the Supreme Council controls the entire operation. I have no
idea who they are, except that they have a fancy name instead of being
a Bureau. They do not recruit their own men. They promote from the other
departments.
Most of them seem to be wealthy individuals with inheritances that manage to
maintain their fortunes from investments. Not one is a CEO, Judge, or
Politician. They are all just old money family types that live in the Xxxxxx
Xxxxx and seem unusually lucky with their money (no doubt through insider
trading).
Despite this, they have a lot of spiffy technology. They have a kind of
reverse incapacitator that improves their health and increases their
performance. Most of them look incredibly young for their age. We don’t
see them much, though. Often, an audience with one of them is a kind of
reward for good service.
There are also ranks in our syndicate. The lowest members are pawns.
They’re not technically members, because there’s no permanent service
contract and they don’t know they’re working for us. They take orders
from us but they’re not expected to attend meetings. We call our pawns
“concerned citizens”, the Authority bureau has “office boys” or
“secretaries”, the BoT(F) has “lab rats” (who very often are paid
volunteers for experiments, or people who don’t know what they’re testing),
the BoT(C) has “spelunkers”, the BoA has “travel agents”.
Unfortunately, we’re not obligated to give protection to any of these
people. So, we can give a vet an order to put down a dog, without telling
him that it isn’t consented to by the owner, and he will do the job and
get sued without us giving him legal protection. A lot of our street
theater is done by people that don’t even know they’re part of a syndicate.
They think they’re a grass roots movement and don’t know that there are o
ther people harrassing the target.
The BoT(C) recruits people that think they’re joining l33t hacker groups on
the internet, or people that think that they’re just following orders from
the archives. The BoT(F) does 80% of its research at legitimate agencies
like Xxxxxx’s XXXXX and its drug companies. The task of pawns is to think that
what they’re doing is either normal and routine, or criminal in an individual
isolated manner.
Recruits, however, are aware of a conspiracy. However, they still remain at
a misinformed level. We simultaneously maintain teams of “religious” actors
and “punk” actors. A person might join us thinking he’s going to clean up
the community. Another person might join us thinking he’s going to cause trouble
and anarchy. And they can go about their merry ways.
We even deliver information to them in different ways. To the religious
ones, it’s wrapped up in prophecy and revelation. To the punks, it’s given
a communist candy coating. However, they’re all aware that the group is
large.
They’re also aware of a mutual benefit aspect to the operation. Only greedy
un-idealistic people get beyond the recruit rank.
All the Bureaus wrap themselves up in different colours. The Moneybags
pretend to be a secret club for the elite (and many of them are indeed quite
powerful and wealthy, second only to the Supreme Council). The BoT(F) claims
to be a “humane” research agency, or a means by which scientists can resist
corporate greed, though it still attracts deviants. The BoT(C) is
conspiratorially minded, and pretends to be a group searching for the
‘secrets of the illuminati’ or the illuminati themselves. The BoA claims
to be a contract agency, traveller’s club, or accounting firm.
Recruits perform tasks that they know are illegal, or immoral, but they
still generally believe that they’re doing it for a reason.
Managers like me come above the recruits and do some actual organization,
whether leading a crew to a street theater match or planning an attack.
Generally, managers know everything about the syndicate except what its
goal is. Most are greedy enough to accept that it isn’t a morally motivated
group. We also engage in communication with other Bureaus to co-ordinate our
activites.
Different terms are used for different MOs.
The Theater has “Playwrights” and “Leading Roles”. The moneybags have
“Success Stories”. The BoT(F) has “Research Directors”. The BoT(C) has
“Information Awareness Officers”. The BoA has “Arrangers“.
Finally, a rare few are promoted to the Supreme Council.
GLOSSARY OF TERMS (both coloquial and official):
Contract: A TI or Target. This is the official term. Used as “Enemy
Contract” or “Planning Contract”. Enemy contract is often referred to as
“hostile contract”.
CHERRYING: Getting out of a legal tangle through the syndicate’s
intervention.
NIPPLE-KISSER: a ‘deviant’ recruit, recruited because of a desire for
sadism.
HOLY POLY: a ‘religious’ puritan recruit.
THE EFFECT: the fact that greedy and sadistic recruits are selected for
managing jobs more readily than anybody with integrity.
FBG (fertile breeding ground): a crew of nipple-kissers, based on the idea
that they are a fertile breeding ground for future managers.
MINCING: Luring a target into the legal system.
DEFACING: making faces at a contract, or otherwise intimidating them.
XXXXXX XXXXX SYNDROME: having a target so socially unpredictable and
badly-off that you can’t really think of many ways to make their life much
worse.
RAINBOW SHOCK: the fact that you have to act nice to the rest of the public
immediately after you’ve stopped defacing a contract.
BREAK-A-LEG JOB: a particuarly hostile attack against a contract, or a plan
which involves appoaching the target and talking to them.
SAKURAKAI: a crew that is particuarly overt in its stalking and gets caught
too often. In other words, it has to be cherried all the time.
CREW: A unit of recruits and pawns under a single MO. In other words, a
group of gang stalkers.
ZAPPERATING: using electronic devices to affect the health of a target.
XXXXXXX XXXXX: rhyming slang. for big mistake, roughly means “we shouldn’t
have used this method”.
UNCHAINED, UNCOVERED: authorities that are not pawns or recruits.
COVERED: A member of the public that is under the control of the syndicate
(as a pawn).
PUBLIC FACE: A recruit or manager’s official life outside of the syndicate.
PRIVATE LIFE: a syndicate member’s activities with the syndicate.
INCAPACITATOR: a device that affects the sleeping patterns/
stress/fatigue/headaches of a contract.
VOODOO: the means of acting hostile to a target (pointing, staring, etc).
LOMOSEXUAL: a syndicate member with a knack for photography. (“There’s a
lomo in every crew!”)
NYUNKIA: (Not Your Usual Nipple-Kissing Incapacitator Asshole), the “yu” is
pronounced as the “oo” in ‘moon’. refers to a particuarly sadistic or
deviant BoT(F) member.
BONER: another word for an enemy target.
YELLOW MEAT: criminals, as opposed to “concerned citizens”. refers to
criminals recruited into the syndicate.
XXXXXXXX (verb): to Xxxxxx somebody is to run them over or chase them with a
car.
GIGOLO-BOP: to make sexual advances to an unattractive target, term mainly
used by “nipple kisser” deviants.
CANCELLING: causing a miscarriage.
CRASH TEST DUMMY: a practice target.
HANG-JOB: the experience of having a target that one has enjoyed tormenting
suddenly commit suicide. Term used mainly by nipple kissers/nyunkias.
COUSIN NANCY: a police unit sent to tail a crew and arrest them before an
unchained police unit can do it.

GENERAL LEEING: randomly chasing after a target and threatning to rape them

VICTIMS TIPS

SHIELDING
1) The sound of Massagers help in some ways, especially if you can change the levels, which changes the frequencies. Purchase several massagers (i.e. neck massagers that are flexible and that you can use on different areas of the body, not specifically for the massage but for the noise to help intercept the frequencies that are aimed at us). Also full body massagers with several levels are good at night in bed when under attack because you can turn it on and lay on it, next to it, across it, under it, etc. you'll figure it out. Keep two or three around the bed at night ready to turn on, even all at the same time, if necessary. These do not stop the attacks, but they do help.
2) "LEAD" - Someone in the medical field told me that "Lead" helps in shielding against the electromagnetic assaults. I also understand that some of the TI's (Targeted Individuals) are investing in the Xray Vest that are worn when getting Xrays because I believe lead is in the vest. Also I have tried lead wrapped in covering in my ears that seems to help more than ear plugs. Note: You can also cut a pencil down to a small size and cover it in a napkin, tissue, etc. to put in your ears (the pencil has lead in it).
3) "SOLID ALUMINUM" is better to use than aluminum foil, due to the fact that the electromagnetic beam/frequencies will eventually come through the aluminum foil (you will see the holes in the aluminum foil and sometimes you can hear the patter of the electromagnetic beams as they are trying to penetrate the aluminum foil).
4) A radio with ear phones is good sometimes at night. Put it on your favorite gospel channel and try to get use to it to get some sleep. After a while you'll get use to it, after all it is either pleasent music or the directed energy frequecies all night.
5) Head flexes seem to be helpful in interfering with assaults on the inside of your head. Head flexes are similar to using your muscles to raise your eyebrows, but instead of doing that you are using the muscles in your face and head and flexing your head in different areas. When you do flex your face and head - you are still - but you are concentrating on moving the head when you flex. Practice this and it seems that the flexes are also moving the inside as well providing a little relief when they send frequencies to your head. Yes, you can
POOR MAN'S SHIELDING
1) ALUMINUM FOIL
Aluminum foil is helpful in (not stopping) but helping to detour some of the electromagnetic frequencies.
I have personally tried this for relief.
Directions: Take sheets of aluminum foil (Reynolds) not the cheap dollar store kind, shiny side up and then cover head. Before putting this on your head, put something under it, because - I think I read somewhere -aluminum foil can absorb and cause alzheimers. After covering head with the foil, try to shape on head. You can tape it, bobby pin it, tie a scarf around it or purchase a hat to hold it on your head.
2) BOX FAN
After being attacked by Electromagnetic frequencies I have held my head against an ordinary box fan. The vibration of the fan and/or the copper coil in the fan seems to give some relief from the electromagnetic frequencies. Also, putting a box fax close to you - particularly when you are sleeping - and having the fan directly blowing toward your head gives some relief. It is better to have more than one fan blowing in different directions at the same time.
Note: For heavy electromagnetic frequency targeting to the mind and sleep deprivation, use both the aluminum foil shielding tips and the box fan at the same time.
3) MOVE AROUND
Another TI (Cassandra) stated that moving around while the perps are attacking you with the electronic devices also helps. I have tried this tip and it is also a temporary aide. So the next time you are being attacked, move to another location in your home (i.e. if you are sitting on the sofa and you are being attacked, get up and go sit in a chair in your home in a different location, also if you are sleeping at the head of the bed, switch to the foot of the bed, etc.). Also try sleeping in different rooms (i.e. bedroom, living room sofa, basement, guest room, etc.)
4) EPSOM SALT
Soak in warm water and Epsom Salt. It draws the toxins out of your body and seems to also give some temporary relief from the Electromagnetic frequencies. Directions or on the Epsom Salt box. Put your entire body under water in the Epsom Salt. Yes, put your head under water, too, for as long as you can, but don't drown yourself. (smile). Soak for at least 20 minutes.
5) PROJECTED SOUND
Purchase a good set of ear plugs (this helps block out the projected sound). If you do not have ear plugs use kleenex, toilet paper or napkins. Push them down in ears and fill entire ears (this helps block out the projected sound). If necessary put your aluminum foil shielding over your head and ears for extra shielding.
6) MIND CONTROL (INTERCEPTING THOUGHTS, READING YOUR MIND)
Since the perps want to read your mind and control your thoughts give them something to read. Clog your brain with the "Word of God," in other words read from the Bible. Doing this not only helps you, but forces them to hear the word of God, which in time will change even the way that they think. (Remember you must also have faith in the word of God).
7) TRANSMISSION NOISES AND FREQUENCIES BEING SENT TO AND FROM EARS (POSSIBLY BY UNMANNED AIR VEHICLES AND/OR SATELLITES)
I have found that putting mirrors reflecting outward over the ears helps block out the transmission noises and frequencies. I usually use earplugs, than cover my head and ears with aluminum foil (you can bobby pin the aluminum foil on your head with a couple of bobby pins). Then tie a long scarf (a long scarf can be wrapped) around your head (you'll figure out a way to do it) and put the mirrors facing outward over your ears. You can slip the mirrors in between the scarf as you tie it around your head (you'll figure it out). The mirrors somehow help bounce the frequency away from you.
HEALTHY LIVING
1) EAT HEALTHY
A. Drink lots of water. I like to buy my water in the bottles, just to be safe.
B. I drink Green Tea. Don't get the sweet honey flavored. Get some green tea bags and make you some green tea. I like my tea hot. Green tea is also good for getting some of the toxins out of your body.
C. Buy some Dan Active (Dannon Yogurt drink in the dairy section of the grocery store). Be sure to get the kind that says that it supports your immune system on the carton.
D. Broccoli is a good healing food. Salads help clean out your system.
2) EXERCISE
You have to exercise, even if you just start by walking down your steps and back up or walk to the corner and back, eventually you will increase your workout. Exercise is good for clearing the mind, relieving stress and also cleaning toxins out or the body. If your body is broken down with stress, depression and electromagnetic frequencies, you become an easier victim to manipulate with these frequencies.
3) DON'T STOP SOCIALIZING
I have more than one set of friends. Some I can talk to about what is happening and some I only talk about it as much as I need to to explain what is going on. I never deny what is happening to me because I am not going to suffer in silence. If I lose a friend, then it's time to make a new one. If I have had a really bad day because of being targeted and I need encouragement, I talk to some TI's that I have grown close to and feel comfortable confiding in.
4) LEARN HOW TO DESCRIBE WHAT IS HAPPENING TO YOU IN A WAY THAT THEY CANNOT DISCREDIT YOU
Tell them that Ray Charles' (the singer) son is a victim. Tell them that Joan Heffington (Candidate for Governor of Kansas) is a victim of Stalking, etc., Tell them that Kathryn Moore, (Former Vice Mayor) is a victim. Refer them to Freedom From Covert Harassment and Surveillance. Remember, you did nothing wrong, you have been targeted. You have nothing to hide or be ashamed of.
5) EDUCATE YOURSELF ABOUT ELECTROMAGNETIC ASSAULTS, GANG STALKING, MIND CONTROL AND V2K (Voice to Skull)
Go online and search these subjects. There is a lot of information on the internet. Talk to other victims and find out how they are coping. The more you know, the more prepared you will be in protecting yourself, preserving your health and saving your life.
SPIRITUAL SUPPORT

BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU SPEAK WITH TI'S (TARGETED INDIVIDUALS) ON THE PHONE, SOME OF THEM ARE NOT TARGETED, THEY ARE PERPS (PERPETRATORS)
1) THE TELEPHONE (ESPECIALLY THE CELL PHONE) IS ONE OF THE PERPS BEST WEAPONS
You will have to use your own judgment with this one. Try to distinguish if the people that you are talking to that state that they are TI's are truly TI's. The Perps try to hold you on the telephone for long periods of time. When they do this they are also attacking you (you will feel the frequencies coming through your telephone). But again, they will also attack you when you are truly speaking with genuine TI's, so be careful and use your own judgment on this one.
ELECTRICAL APPLIANCES
1) Telephones
Cell Phones - You can also be tracked through your cell phone, even when it is turned off. I have also been assaulted via electromagnetic frequencies through my cell phone. To alleviate this problem, take the battery out of your cell phone. Also, always talk on speaker phone and if you are being attacked cover the phone with aluminum and push the aluminum foil down all over the phone. The person at the other end can still hear you.
2) Television
When you are not watching the television, unplug it. Also unplug the connection to the audio and video on the back of your television set. It will say audio and video on the back of the television. This is necessary because when you turn off your television, your audio is still on and they can listen to what you are talking about in your home. I'm not sure about the video, but I can tell you that I know I am watched in my home, and some very strange things have happened with my television.
For instance - For over a week, I did not have service through my provider because due to the financial stress this puts on a person's life, I could not afford to pay the bill. I used to have a tv set in my bedroom and I woke up and felt as if someone was watching me. I looked at the cable box and it was on, however I did not turn it on and I did not have service. I got up out of bed and started walking toward it and it suddenly turned off. I no longer put television sets in my bedroom. There have been many other occurrences that I will share with you at a later date, but my point is you may need to unplug your tv, audio and video.
3) When going to bed at night try to remove electrical appliances from your bedroom, particularly tvs, clocks, radios, telephones, etc. Some Electrical Appliances are used by the perpetrators to transmit frequencies and attack you.
For instance - I used to keep a telephone in my bedroom. I woke up to buzzing coming from the telephone and the telephone was extremely warm. There have been many other occurrences that I will share with you at a later date.
4) Be aware of your environment. I have noticed that in the day time I see small helicopters and when these helicopters fly over I am attacked through electromagnetic assaults. I have also noticed that between 3:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m. I usually see the star or moon shaped Drone airborne cameras or low flying satellites. I have noticed that when these are around they are attacking you and attempting to intercept your mind. Note: It is July 3, 2010 and the time is 4:17 p.m. I am being attacked through electromagnetic assaults to the mind, head and brain while I am typing this entry. I am in extreme pain and developing a headache. They are attacking me possibly through my computer as I type. I have also been told that they may have planted something in my home or just outside my home.

Shield your bed..layer up using flannel sheets lined with heavy duty aluminum foil, shiny side up (you can use multiply layers of aluminum foil for this). For those getting those nasty stinging or electrical shocks a magnified mirror placed over the affected area with the reflective side facing away from you will bounce the signal. You will find the stinging will stop and move to another area. I discovered this after being constantly stung in the side while driving my car. The signal was bouncing off my drivers side mirror and hitting my side. If I turned my mirror out so it wouldn't reflect on me the stinging would stop then move to my back. Shielding can be accomplished with mylar emergency blankets (camping supplies) that are taped together with foil tape which is available in the heating and cooling departments. It may take more than one layer depending how heavy the mylar emergency blankets are. Once assembled you have to ground it. A preassembled ground clip is available at lesson emf or you can make your own. Remember singnals can come through walls and floors. I am a victim in Japan and would like to share the following data which might serve as evidence of DEW attacks. We had about 10 victims who are suffering of shocks, pain, itching, vibration, tinnitus, muscle twitch, etc. scan their bodies with a bat detector at home. All 10 of them have detected ultrasound from few centimeter area of their bodies.
One of the medical schools in our country has confirmed that usually you would not detect ultrasound from bodies. The bat detector will also detect electromagnetic fields. By covering microphone with plastic, you can make the device only detecting electromagnetic fields, and some victims have also detected electromagnetic fields from part of their bodies.
A bat detector engineer said that it must be a high powered beam to cause electromagnetic fields and ultrasound only to part of human bodies.

If your bed is targeted, buy an air mattress in the camping dept. of a Walmart store or any sporting goods store. A twin sized mattress that comes with an automatic air pump runs about $30 - $40. (At Walmart, it's about $20 and comes without the pump). The pump takes 4 "D" batteries. You turn it on and the little motor inflates the mattress all by itself. The mattress is very comfortable, and is approximately 36"x78". You can also travel with it since it only takes about 10 minutes to pump up with the pump provided. Make sure that it says on the box that the air comes with the mattress. Note: these are not the little air mattresses made for swimming pool play.

I took 300 magnets (bought at Michael's) the 3/4" discs, aoubt 3/8" thick and placed them on a piece of flannel fabric with a drop of yellow wood glue (very common) about 1/4" apart, in rows 11 rows x 28 rows or so. I then put a drop of glue on top of each magnet and covered this with another piece of flannel. Placing the magnets a small bit apart from each other allows the fabric to bend, so that you can wear this on your shoulder or neck or head. I recommend you wear this all night on your head.
