Please help stop psychotronic,psychophysical torture, pain and teleportation patents. I hear external screaming, crying, talking which is similar to smart house technology and seek a protection system. How do you purchase and view patents.

I suffer daily and nightly. I pray on my knees that the psychotronic torture would stop. It is also psychophysical. I wish there was a way to track these frequencies and to make it stop. My best wishes to every TI.
