Tis need to have a proper approach to resolving their targeting

Any people in Toronto, Canada who experience voice to skull electronic harassment please contact me. There are a number of us here trying to figure out a solution to this problem. PS I do not care at all about any conspiracy theories or anti government bs. I do not even believe that the government or police are harassing average unimportant non criminal individuals this way. In any case the solution to the problem in spite the perpetrators is finding proof ( clear evidence that we are being assaulted with yet publicly unrecognized communications technology and not some nut conspiracy theorists that think aliens or some other stupid thing is doing this ) So we need to have a technical approach, demonstrate first that there is in fact a signal directed at us, second track the source and call the cops. This is very basic outline that is why it is necessary to have a large group of rational people to provide more ideas and ultimately resolve this.

Finding solutions

Is there any group for TIs that is actually conducting scientific and technical research into exactly what sort of technology is being directed at us and how to stop it? This should be the primary focus of our struggle. It is just modern communications technology that has yet escaped public exposer and scrutiny. Many different individuals by now have their hands on it as it is a proliferating technology. Perpetrators are just people who have their hands on new types of radios and have decided to abuse them because they are disgusting lowlife scumbags who should be very much ashamed of themselves considering so many human boundaries they have crossed with currently not yet public technology.we need to start genuinely forming scientific research organizations. Why is this not our primary focus ? Also we need to start seriously thinking of how to bring TIs together to live near or in the same location and not dispersed as we are today, so we can easily work on solutions.

Looking for possible v2k rnm groups

Has anybody dealt with a psychic network called asknow.com, I ask because when I first got v2k, the night before I had about ten people outside of my building walking around pretending to be something like zombies or evil spirits, shining green lasers in my eyes hoping I would not notice it was a laser just the effect from being hit with a laser which they probably encouraged by looping my visuals throughout the night, they stood eventually like soldiers until daybreak and when people started going to work they all left in separate directions, at one point when I realized they were using lasers one of them yelled f u. Anyway that night I was getting emails from a psychic network called asknow.com the emails were telling me that I attracted evil forces and need to call them to have protection. The messages were such that I could only open them once to read their message, the second time I would open the same message it looked like regular advertising from that network. Since I believe that v2k, rnm technology has proliferated I wonder if in fact this particular psychic network may be using it. As it would be easy money from clients for a psychic network with such technology. Anyway I am just trying to find answers to my situation and what kind of groups could be using this tech so any comments or thoughts will be appreciated
