I started using the pc about a year or so.There were few sites on electronic harassment,Wiki and Peacepink has real time info on what's really happening to people.That brain interface thing is a trip,sometimes it's difficult to count backwards and not mispell while typing.Joking just, effective but.Anyway ,gone the typical correspondence route with all the law makers house committees,senate,federal,state,local authorities,and all the secretaries ,attorney generals of all military branches including the private sector corporations (ins.fraud).Exposure works.Transparency within the system of rules of discipline.Legislative branch,Executive branch ,who oversee's the Judicial branch-attorney branch Judicial=????  answers? I don't think this branch or Exec. branch   anyway the computer has been invaded again by Moyles-Boccardo hacks.Usual missing emails,website.misinfo. stuff actually anything electronic truck,appliances etc...I guess been doing something right.They (DEW)directed pain to reinjury sites and stupid stalking with artificial emotion added app. still is boring.What's kinda creepy is the I can't stop biting my tongue or cheek when eating app.thing.That's a new patent!Involuntary muscle control.stupid...I've gone postal on them again so,if anybody knows addresses,global,international courts,lay that out to view.Thanks Larry...

          In 2009,10'the electronic attacks tripled in frequency, intensity added physical injuries again.Intimida t i o n...Two weeks straight eardrum pounding,electro-shocks,needle stiks it feels like.Day and night.I suppose" they"don't want me working anymore.Always injured anyways....ha-ha I wrote congressmen,congresswomen,committees,subcommittees hoping to get some feedback.Being an injured constituent..By going postal on them,I noticed diminished hatred .Pain ,less pain I mean. I wrote for awareness the ethics,how lowlife ambulance chasing dirtbags this corporation is and not to be trusted.Speaking of trust,I've written the State Bar of Calif.they oversee the judicial,attorney misconduct,officially.Up until 2010 the rules of procedure for attorney discipline was an in house all attorney no outsiders good o boys raise your hand to vote for the chairperson,and no transparency!My complaint for attorney misconduct,for use of non-lethal weapons to manufacture,manipulate clientele for fraudulent insurance claims got turned down.Rule 5.21 case cannot continue if the complaint is over five years ago.

       2/3/2013 update .After thinking a while,at before 90 day appeal deadline and reading info from Peacepiink that there isn't a time limitation rule for crimes against humanity via UN international law,and what about The Rule of Law here in the USA?I wrote the State Bar appealing their recent decision to close my complaint re.David P.Moyles of Boccardo Law Firm inc. of San Jose,CA. of moral injustice,moral turpitude complaints using non-lethal weapons in more recent injury attacks to rt. wrist tendon,blackout fall injuries to intimidate,coerce,and deception.RECIEVING their reply of appeal,they have many cases ahead of my complaint,and they'll contact me with their decision.....

   My case started with a visit with attorney DAVID MOYLES of the Boccardo Law Firm in San Jose.A workers comp lyerr. lawyer.I underwent an achillies tendon reattachment surgery from work.He assures me everything is straight forward,call when things get better.A Year an half plus two other reattachment surgeries,two rights and a left,no shit relaying the prognosis...reasons unknown I really meant.Attorney Moyles then arranges a meeting with a psychiatrist the following Monday in San Francisco.Soon after the evaluation electronic harassment attacks became a partner of mine...1980   part 1
