My name is Lylda Rachel TETY, I am Ivorian, living in Ivory Coast.

I am a victim of torture, exploitation and economic crime, situation in which the energy-directed weapons and advanced technology classified top secret is used so difficult to prove.

This assault remains unofficial while the device deployed involves major investments: satellite and GPS monitoring, constant overflights of aircraft, military cargo ships, helicopters ... for a climate manipulation activity, renewable energy production? Or may be nuclear energy?  By means of my torture.

I am tracked by neighbors, by strangers, by my interlocutors in the streets, administrations, at church, everywhere I go, I am traced and located in order for my torturers to activate their phone for an overflight for the purpose of being paid, they are recorded and paid for overflights (all these information I give you comes from my observations, surprise conversations, verbal harassments because all refuse to give me any information about what happening as they win to humiliate me because they are aware that I am listened, monitoring by satellite and GPS so these people know that they are listened as well and win to behave according to the protocol of their game). This situation provokes and feeds a context of widespread corruption, nobody wants to be sincere, all avoid me and contact me by phone only to win according to the protocol of their game and at specific times, hours of overflights. One of the consequences of this situation, I think, is that it happened in Ivory Coast on October 14th and December 14th, 2017, two accidents of a cargo plane with 4 dead of which drivers of Moldavian nationality and French wounded, then a private flight and a Helicopter with wounded including the pilot and commercial premises damaged. There have been others. The last date of July 11, 2018 last with the death of a French soldier.

You will find attached a file on the evolution of clouds in a given period, overflights of aircraft above my house, the presence of satellite.

I have several other videos and photos, that's all I have as proof. All my complaints are rejected, no lawyer wants to help me, I am even ruined and I live with less than a euro / day very often or nothing sometimes.

So the organizers of this business are private, the state  or the government, the church, my family ... but it is not official, any person or organization that I intend to address or I meet me is immediately contacted and corrupted by overflights of planes, by various advantages.

Here is the letter that I sent last year to the ANAC the National Civil Aviation Agency, at the weather office, I also reported it to the control tower who told me that it only reported to the state and no investigation was conducted but the situation goes from bad to worse, it is even MI24 that are used very often now in addition to the usual overflights. This scenario is repeated from move to move I am like the sheep of a sacrifice allowing all the actors to enrich themselves, it is a mafia finally national and even international using methods similar to a ritual where the target that I am used as a beast of burden, and is kept in a state of slavery in favor of their dishonest gain. My torture is physical, electromagnetic, moral, environmental, spiritual.... I live in total destitution, humiliation, sabotage, false rumors, violation of my private life (they make my life a reality TV that everyone can follow via the Internet or  WhatsApp network? My most basic rights are raped, my family is involved at a high level ....

I am used as a machine to manipulate the climate and instrumentalized to generate clouds of different types according to the use that the sponsors want to make: the planes fly over 24/7 sometimes more than 25 per day some times without counting the nights to treat the clouds in sight I think of the manufacture of renewable energies? Nuclear? For the handling of the weather, and many other things I do not know. I realize that this is certainly the compensation of carbon credits or the compensation of CO2 contained in the clouds generated and used for the production of renewable energies in order to create resources: water and electricity ... (Ref Paris Agreements, climate finance, carbon credit ...)

Euros Bunds are even solicited to finance this activity is what told me my stalkers.

I am used since then in Ivory Coast and in the world I would say as a raw material. This is an economic crime, a crime against humanity, a violation of my rights, my private life and I demand that it stop and that they give me back my freedom, that justice be done to me, that the State of Côte d'Ivoire and all the actors involved make this activity official and report to me as a responsible and free individual, I also ask for compensation for all the damages caused.

This mafia is so powerful. I need your legal, media, security assistance ... to get out of this hell.

This is a Call to Humanism, Altruism, Civism defines respectively as:

- Humanism: Philosophy that places man and human values above all other values.

- Altruism: By selflessness, one person selflessly devotes himself  to others. The altruist is a devoted and charitable being who never expects anything in return for his goodness, helping others. Altruism is the opposite of selfishness.

- Civism: the devotion of the citizen to the public interest, moral quality to do good, I will add, to denounce the evil and not to participate in it for the interest of others and therefore the interest of all.

Gangstalking is one reality and we are all victims. But one of the most serious scourges of this era is the lack of humanism, altruism and civism, a cancer for humanity, our lives, our environment, our daily realities.

In some countries, there are still people who demonstrate it.

The problem is that in the majority of cases, individuals close their hearts to any possibility of expressing their fundamental moral values, which are essential to the social balance of each and every one, such as assistance to a person in danger which is the most basic of the moral and social responsibility of every individual. This reality of lack and I would say disappearing at an uncontrollable speed of these 3 values promotes and creates a great boulevard favorable to the spread of gangstalking, Satanism in our current society in which the evil grows by using a hypocrisy and indifference as dangerous as murderous.

It will be said, but these people who do this are mentally controlled by the conspirators.

But are not we more controlled we the victims of gangstalking? Yet we still manage to remain sober, responsible for our most basic social and moral duty, which is solidarity, the revelation of the truth for the benefit of all. So I think that if some people still think about their moral and social responsibility in our time, it's because nothing is lost, it's still possible.

Thus, one of the most urgent and essential steps to take given the gravity of the situation of malice and extreme egoism in which our world is immersed, is to raise awareness, our immediate environment, our families, our friends, our neighborhoods, our cities, to our nations, the continents, the whole world, to the culture of Humanism, Altruism and Civism, together we will get there.

I say it because I'm Ivorian, and my gangstalking case is organized around a national game of moral and physical torture in which my stalkers are paid. So imagine, the whole nation is involved yet nobody dares to recognize it officially and all are hypocrites, everything is done informally and and all are agree. You will not believe me but it is a reality.

This example to better illustrate: I went to the town hall last year for the establishment of an administrative document. And because the agents and their manager were paid to harass me, they made it last two months to increase their chances of being paid every time I went there.

Therefore, I invite ourselves to raise awareness, the populations of our different countries, this may be a key to solving the common problem that we all have, let's talk about it via our various means of communication, social networks, flyers, organize meetings. When I see what I live in my country and what each of you live, I am afraid for our humanity and I think that our urgent action is necessary.

Are we sinners as we are generally accused by our torturers through voices to skull in order to push us to remorse, to make us believe that we are unworthy to approach our God who is Goodness and Love, who is delighted in Mercy as he says in his word, even when our sins depend on our own weaknesses?  Should we let our torturers manipulate us until we deny our faith and  lose our connection to God or lose our souls?

I answer that this is an embarrassing situation on which Satan and the New World Order always work and play with cunning and subtlety in order to push target people to believe themselves unworthy of approaching God and fleeing Him, if they do not remain connected to God, to His Spirit who always guides us because Jesus promised that he would not leave us orphan, if the target does not stand firm on the path of trust in God who promised that He is with us every day until the end of time.

Why the choice of this subject? Because according to the experience that I have lived and I continue to live, I think it is important to talk about it because this fight I would say highly spiritual touches the majority of the targeted people, and would help to unveil this trick of Satan, aiming of losing our souls, reminding him our identity of child of God, Winner in the Blood of the Lamb, in view of winning our great victory over mind control and gangstalking.

In my case, the church is involved in my harassment, so even homilies and sermons are occasions for gaslighting. There have been cases where the priest hesitated to give me communion, his hands trembled when it was my turn to receive communion because of rumors that say that I am a living dead, a fallen soul, inhabited by Satan ... However, in all these persecutions I remained firm on my position of trust in my God, and I relied on His Spirit who always confirmed me that I am a child of God, I am in my right, and I must remain in peace. Yes, I can say that I crossed the valley of the shadow of death, but as Psalm 23 says, The Lord always guides us and reassures us. In the beginning, I did not know that I was a victim of gangstalking, I was rejected (I still am) by my family, my friends, my whole nation, so I was really alone. If the church that has the vocation to represent Christ on earth is also involved in this harassment at 200%, imagine how I felt, I even had identity problems at some point, I said to myself but who am I finally? Because I was also accused of being climates curse because the manipulation of my body acts on the climate.

But in all this, the Lord through His Spirit  allowed me to keep my trust and firmness in him, giving me the strength to look only at him, to commune without being distracted by the gallery, to ignore by for example the curses of gaslighting during homilies : do you see how far the new world order can push its aggressiveness, its strategy of loss of our soul?

So, I always remember the voices in the skull who treat me to be impure, who tell me that my soul is lost, who excite my genital parts, who apply me the electronic rape by reminding me that I am the lover of many men who manipulate my body, who constantly remind me that I am far from God and unworthy to approach him ... I always remind them that I do not recognize myself in their rough montage, because the manipulation that they exert on my body does not come from me but from them, so I stand firm and I repeat these words reminding them of the superiority of Christ who overcame the world. The Bible declares that it is not what comes from outside that defiles us, but what comes out of our heart, thus, I do not recognize myself in their barbarism.

At the beginning of my harassment, I often confessed by explaining to the priests the situation, voices in the skull that drove to anger and sin, but I realized that the priest always brought me back to self-control and to the mercy of God. So, I decided to do some work on myself with regards to the management of remorse, to take things into consideration by the acknowledgment of my sinfulness state and keeping in mind that I must always aspire to holiness and be better.

I therefore urge all target people not to be distracted by Satan's trick of making them believe that their souls are destined for hell and that they are continually unworthy of God by the demonic control exercised on their mind and body, but to remain steadfast in trust in Jesus Christ who taught us in his word that He overcame the world and redeemed us at the price of His Blood, to trust in His Holy Spirit Who never give up and who always speaks to our heart.
