Hi again, its been a while, good to hear you are doing your best to keep on top of the situation thats been forced on you. Its hard i know its really imposing and life changing and so hard to deal with, sometimes it feels like people you know are aware then you think threy're not, its confusing but i trust in the goodness of humanity unltimately thats what we have to do is trust that good will outdo evil.
Keep on top of things however you can and dont let them ruin your life, ignore them much as possible. Try not to get angry if you can help it. I wish you a safe and happy Christmas.

Hows it going? I hope you're on your way to freedom. I needed to write to you this morning. Im about to go and get my cat euthanised and its breaking me up. I did it to my dog two years ago, now my beautiful lil boy has to go. I feel like crying rivers but whats the point i need to get used to heartache and misery coz thats all thats allowed in my life.
I dunno what I did Bernd. I must have killed at least a thousand china-men coz my perps are at me big-time. They wont stop til im alone in some institution somewhere. All I have is my mum and they have threatened she will die, then im on my own at their disposal.
I cant believe THIS is my LIFE!! What a shit hand!!
it started at the begining of august three years seven months and twenty six days ago and lasted till october last year. i know becuase i marked it out on the calender as soon as it started. but i am pretty sure it wont start up again.
