There are 2 systems I can tell being employed, quantum understanding system, and psychotronic.Psychotronics look like a box, with 8 dials and 2 metal plates, they place information about you on one plate, and a pyramid of some kind on the other, lasers aimed at the right and around it aim and allow psychic style attacks.

The voice system is monitored both automatically and by someone living. It knows when your hearing. The more you block, they will eventually get through.The things they do to me is micro commands for both intent and action. If I don't comply, they increase the distraction program of voices-noises-perception bending.

Spider hunting is using dowsing rods and/or meters to locate points and map out underground lines which are being used to target and induce EMF effects.These lines are not from the electric company, they are drilled by secret groups and citizens from up to a mile away. And boxes buried near the lines are likely the culprit behind the targeting.
