The NGO Liaison Unit is in receipt of your email.

For annual or temporary accreditations, kindly ensure:
- that you have registered the President or the Chief Administrative Officer (besides the Main and/or Additional Representatives) in the csonet database for 2013 (www.csnonet.org);

If this procedure has been followed, the request for accreditation will be approved within 3 business days. We invite you to check if your request has been processed by logging into your NGO profile in the csonet database. If the names of your representatives are not listed as "pending", it means our Unit has approved the issuance of their badge.

For participation to the Human Rights Council or one of its mechanisms:
If you wish to participate or to invite representatives to the sessions of the Human Rights Council, the Universal Periodic Review or other mechanisms and do not need any attestation letter, kindly direct your requests to hrcaccreditation@ohchr.org or upraccreditation@ohchr.org.

For attestation letters for visa purposes, kindly ensure:
- that the accreditation for your NGO has been finalized for the ongoing year (please see above);
- that the letter requesting the attestation letter is signed by the President or the Chief Administrative Officer of the NGO.

The attestation letters will be issued within 3 business days.

No further confirmation will be communicated by email or telephone.

Si cette procédure a bien été suivie, votre demande sera traitée dans un délai de 3 jours ouvrés. Nous vous invitons à vérifier que votre requête a bien été traitée en vous connectant sous le profile de votre ONG dans la base de données csonet. Si les noms de vos représentants ne sont plus "en attente d'approbation", cela signifie que notre Unité a approuvé l'émission de leur badge.

Pour participer au Conseil des Droits de l'Homme ou à l'un de ses mécanismes:
Si vous souhaitez participer ou inviter des représentants aux sessions du Conseil des Droits de l'Homme, de l'Examen Périodique Universel ou d'un autre mécanisme et que votre demande ne contient pas une demande d'attestation pour l'obtention d'un visa, merci de bien vouloir adresser vos demandes à hrcaccreditation@ohchr.org ou upraccreditation@ohchr.org.

Pour les attestations destinées à faciliter l'obtention d'un visa, merci de bien vouloir vous assurer:
- que votre ONG est bien à jour avec son accréditation pour l'année en cours (voir paragraphe ci-dessus);
- que la lettre demandant l'attestation est bien signée par le Président ou le Directeur administratif.

Les attestations seront délivrées sans un délai de trois jours ouvrés.

Aucune confirmation ultérieure ne sera communiquée par courriel ou téléphone.
