Hiya CM. Sorry that you are struggling so, sorry that you are under pressure. There isn't a hell of a lot that anyone can help you or I with at the moment as the wider World see us as mentally ill. But with this Havana Syndrome exposure the tide might be starting to turn. So bide your time and try to stay in a positive frame of mind.
