Traditionally women do not play the Didgeridoo. It is common myth that women are not allowed to play it but dreamtime law does not actually prohibit it....it is not promoted by the elders though and women do NOT play during ceremonies. Oddly enough it is only in the last century that some tribes are frowning on women playing them at all. Fascinating instrument and serious talent to play to continuously expel air through your mouth while breathing in through nose.
