God is my hero.
Taking justice in somebody's own hands is the reason why we became victims in the first place.
Somebody, in his distorted frame of mind, thought he can take matters into his own mind.
... that he can be his own hero.
There's a threadlike difference between a real hero and one who thinks he is.
The real hero will not take matters concerning other people into his own hands.
He will not think of himself as a hero.
He will not feed us or himself illusions of grandeur so he can manipulate us into rallying behind anarchy.
Why take the route the perps have taken?
We already know how dark it is.
They threw us in the dungeon they themselves created.
Shackled we may be yet our minds and our spirits are still free.
Let us subjugate these to God and not to them.
Heroism isn't a show of force.
On the contrary, it is knowing how to temper force even if you can wield it.
I am not my own hero.
God is.
And with Him, I can be His man for others.
Lord, this is for you.
To God be the glory.
