I can expect to see a car pull out of an alley or street as I come by every day. This is all done for Street Theater purposes. It's all designed to create maximum distraction for our minds while we deal with Electronic Harassment such as V2K and other Directed Energy. The goal is to make the TI lose concentration on what he or she is presently doing (such as driving, talking, conversing with someone, etc). The TI ends up getting disoriented or losing our train of thought if we don't concentrate on what we are presently doing.
