I don't know about this character. But I do know this, that certain gang stalkers have to be close enough to beam the signal to you for others to attack you. In one instance, it look like he was lost, but I can't doubt anything when my life is on the line. It is quite possible that he notice my cell phone camera and he left abruptly. The surveillance equipment would have tell a more truer story. Too bad.
