  i have been a brain implant victim longer then i care to mention ive left comments here on peace pink for the last three months i just barely learned how to use the computor with in the last three years i wish i would have dun that a long time ago i still havent got my case in court but i have learned plenty  between my experiences as a victim and what ive learned on the computor following web sites like peace pink ive even met deberah dupre threw the computor only but i never even knew that other targets exsisted atleast i dont feel alone any longer and i know that there is help out there i even wrote to the bioethics commitee in washington i may file my own case in the federal court system if i cant find a attorny to represent me what cought my attention now was that i am a seasonal fisherman i just relocated to seattle from so calif. to seek emploment i have been on the water in the baring straight  every year since 2004 point i am trying to make the satilite harrassment reaches me on the waters of the baring straight theres no way to douge the satilite harassment the only thing i havent done is formally register as a T.I. you will continue to here from me T.I.   I comment here almost never. I do over on Eleanor's site. I am happy that between you all that you have managed to at least get this cause and us Ti's to this level internationally. My targeting has many facets and I know many of my perps. Some here with Peace Pink have probably read some of my statements and theiries as to how it is done. I have releatedly statedas theory only that it is mostly at ground level and is done by ordinary means using ordinary radio frequencies with two ways and cells being much of the carriers with union workers in security guard positions and maintenance worker positions doing the passing of messages.  UNfortunately here I don't get too much support with the exception of some old O/S site believers. They have had early experiences with building staff Re: breakins, searches, moving of objects etc. I say that after that then the E/H goes on. An employee and not much of one from a local mental hospital moved in under me and went after me with the building super's aid. I caught 'em setting up a small electronic station in the vacant apartment next door. O/S and E/H were simultaneous, then the curious added to the O/S.  As time went on and I moved the E/H got stronger and more jumped in. Today I can say tha it is the combined mental health systems of NYC and Westchester with the shelters being the lowest level supplying voice participants. THey all have way too much time. There are more but this is at its lowest level. College professors do it too and colleges becocme training camps for personal terrorism and students from my college head back to China, India, Africa or wherever armed with tecniques and are already plgged into a world wide network. Even in China F..T students about, Korea also.  Getting this cause to this level when ten years ago there was almost nothing is quite an accomplishment.  I have to be honest too that I have grown ill here also and that it is serious. So thanks for getting all of us here. Oh yeah in my old town the local P.D. kicked it off along with certain psychiatric staff all centered around 12 step recovery, and on and on. In that town 12 step recovery is even inside the shelter systems.

  I think this is a very good example on how they can manipulate you to think that others can read your mind and the fact that its them doing this and its occuring only in your own head/mind. Also that they are able to manipulate people around you in…/Annie
