Non Lethal, Less than Lethal, Less Lethal (?) Weapons MAY 5 2008

Here are video clips from 2003 of prototypes of electrical anti personnel weapons developed for military use. Smaller versions are being deployed to local law enforcement, with the usual abuses by police, organized crime families, psychologists and human researchers. Government critics, whistle blowers, unpopular citizens, and vulnerable persons are targeted by criminal use. In Cambridge, MA police are not trained to enforce a 1986 state law prohibiting possession of these weapons. Graduate psychology and psychiatric students at prominent universities are trained to use these weapons on vulnerable persons.
