Many Targeted Individuals believe that they have been secretly implanted by so called ICT-Implants, or Information and Communication Implants that are used for surveillance, social control and mind control. ICT-Implants make remote control of people possible and are already in use for social control, according to opnion number 20 to the European Commission from the European Groups on Ethics dated 16th march 2005. The implants are used in medical care for people that suffer from certain brain diseases such as Parkinson's disease. They provide a two-way wireless communication system between a patient and a computer. Because the implants can be programmed in different ways and because they can interact with and affect brain functions and the nervous system, they can be used to torture people from a distance. We are remotely tortured and our human rights and free will is abused.
