This presentation was likely at McDonnell Douglas Aircraft, as Bearden refers to Jack Houck, who used to work for them. If what Bearden says is true, then how has the technology advanced since 1985? Can we imagine that any of this technology may relate to the Hutchison Effect and what was used on 9/11 to destroy the WTC? (You draw your own conclusions....)
