These two guys I have to listen to all the time and have been for many years ,but sometimes the researchers come in and says things.they have been on my family for decades.two years ago I was eating soup and holding the spoon with my whole hand and I never hold my spoon this way.one of the guys said that's the way RONALD heald his spoon and they were right.Ronald was my brother and he died in 1999 with CANCER .they were on him in the 1990s.this is how easy these two guys are to fool ,and this is just one example of many.my brother heals his spoon this way all his life.i. brown spots in mucus could be your lungs clearing out, do you smoke? when I smoked, that happened all the time, for almost a year after I quit, I went to the doctor, and I was told it was the tar working its way out, that makes good sense, I hope that's all it is. Smoking is bad.
