This is probably going to sound like the strangest thing ever but hear me out first. I am intelligent, worked my entire life, gone through college etc. Never had any severe mental issues etc. In the last month I started to be followed by multiple people and the same time i started feeling a pulsing buzz feeling at the same time. I also feel like someone has been microwaving me or using me for some sort of torture. I have been checked out by dr's and they say something electro magnetic or other is affecting me. I have read about the Secret Service using a program to gang stalk, and torture people. I believe I have been the victim of this torture. I have gone out at night for walks, up to 8 miles and have seen the same people, cars, and other following me. When in visual range the buzzing will start and i get vertigo almost like im being micro waved alive. I know this sounds like a conspiracy theory but it is very well real. If I am to die suddenly soon, I believe the people following me are to blame. Again, I am in no way insane or crazy. My family can attest to that. I just wanted to make sure that if something were to happen to me that an investigation be made on my behalf to see if indeed my claims are true. I know it seems extremely far fetched but I have no reason to make any of it up. My full name is Ian Patrick McCauley i live in springfield oregon usa. When i am behind metal shielding, or grounded copper wires etc, like at a hospital, or government building it will go away. At first I thought i was losing my mind until I started seeing the same cars following me during the day and night. I am afraid of going to the police for fear of being called insane etc. I dont really know what to do at this point. I figured at least leaving this message would ensure that if I were to meet an untimely death that at least someone knew about it first. I have read of similar cases in the newspaper and know i am not the only person that they have done this to. If you do a search for V2K in google or other sources you will see there is a legit program the government has been running. It was also leaked by the wiki leaks incident. Again, I am just trying to blow the whistle on this one, as targeting American or any other citizen of any country of this bizarre torture is rediculous and needs to stop. Obviously i would not have any way of proving they were doing it without catching someone and the police would never even consider what im saying as true. I have been sleeping in my room and had the pulses start, and other electronics in my room start popping and making high pitched noises. I wish I were making any of this up, but it is very real, and I know im not losing my mind as I recently went and saw a therapist and was assured I am not insane. I dont care what effects they end up doing to me as long as they stop this program immediately, the secret service cannot do whatever they want and torturing anyone is way out of control. We need to stop this now.

Brad, Yes we may be close to victory! We need to look how we as individuals can work toward changing this system now! We cannot wait around for leaders just never show up....we must ACT OURSELVES!! and soon we will see victory!!

I applaud your answer, although I must point out that reincarnation is not christian , and is looked down upon by christians as a pagan, non- biblical teaching. I would then have to ask, what do you base your belief in reincarnation on? Have you a background in eastern religion?

They would tell me very explicitly how they were going to cut my guts out, either through my stomach or they were going to cut out my anus and pull my guts out through the resulting hole. They also talked about sticking pencils all over in me and raping me while they suffocated me with a bag. They also had talked of killing my family. They had one family member being eatin by a dog. I was locked in jail so I could not phone to call and see who was still alive. I had no way of knowing if it was real. I was reduced to a state of comatose. After several weeks of psycological torture, I did exactly as the perps told me through v2k. They would make strange sounds come from different points in the cell I was in. It was crystal clear and piercing.
IT is very important for TIs to understand how much they can be disorientated by the sounds the perps can make, and how they use those sounds against us.

The sounds the perps used to make for a several month period from late 2006 to mid 2007 were amazing! they would make their voices sound like they came from tops of sky skrapers. The voices would start out high pitched and tiny. They would echo until the reached me, at which time the sound of the voices was deep bass and solid. They can also create 3d sound where sound is even more real than v2k. If they choose they can make every one hear their sounds. They dont often do this, but there have been two times I can remember in ten years. DO you get v2k Cedric? DO you only hear voices?

I'm serious, this G-D of the bible is real. Try reading some psalms out loud; His words don't come back void. There really is a spiritual world we can not see. Don't throw it out; make it an individual you and G-D thing, and see how the wicked flee. Might not remove an implant right away, still need doctors, however, it keeps the other spiritual realms at bay. My G-D is right here.
