I came across another TI's opinion on what is being used on us. I think he is correct. The problem is that they use old and new stuff to harass us.

I am a targeted individual. It is not modern technology the stalkers use. What they are doing is projecting their astral bodies into my physical body. They call it skin crawling and they do it constantly. I can feel(mostly in my feet) and hear them always. I work a full-time job and I have callouses in the strangest spots on my feet. It is possible that the development of the GlobalTISurvey and other petitions to government bodies functions as a mechanism of blame on our rulers. This does not seem to root out the actual perpetrators who remain hidden in a cloak of darkness and secrecy. It also grows the sense of us TI's being the instigators of riots in our demonstrations.
We as a group should be able to produce a great deal of real evidence to present to the UN or whatever legal body that can do something about it. My recordings are probably the best I've seen from any TI, but they only seem to be iatrogenic and/or capturing of radio signals from modern equipment. What Luke said about "projecting their astral bodies" may not be evident from recorded evidence and we might end up getting our good leaders into trouble unintentionally.
