This looks like a huge step forward, at least for torture cases in the US.
The article says that the ACLU is supporting 3 victims of CIA torture to sue the 2 psychologists involved in their torture. This is the 1st time such a case has been allowed to go forward. Yesterday the judge denied the torturers` appeal to dismiss. Excellent.
Let us hope this case succeeds. It could be the beginning of a way out for us!

*The supercomputers and satellites are dependent on mm microwave laser entry into left cerebellum lobe and trying to override your left cerebrum and left neocortex transmissions(right-side body controls). This left cerebellum laser sends the forwarding information to the nervous system and thought voice with various options for your control.The lasers which enter thru the top right of skull to right cerebrum and right neocortex are thus the main controller of higher thought processing. Therefore locking you in the creative and dreamy side of the mind. While the logical and reasoning side is limited and the computer sends the artificial cognitive model(thought voice and options). In short, the laser to left cerebellum must be blocked by silk, vcr tape, tin foil, buttons, magnets, copper,copper screen or all. Perps usually stiffen neck on entry to prevent side to side movement. If no blockers are available, the tilting of head to the right messes up all laser entries and controls of right neocortex. Tilting head to the left or right will disable laser in the crown of head for visual cortex entry and imaging and left cerebellum lobe entry. You can hear all I have described by a pop or a skish, usually in the left ear. The other primary key is the access to the hypothalamus which creates all likes and dislikes and therefore controlling effort and quitting points. This is how they control your use of tv remote, buying decisions, driving decisions and work efforts. The nose must be covered and top of skull with metal, tin foil, silk or vcr tape or something to block access to this vital organ. I have effectively restricted these areas before and the perps have gone to nano laser and acupuncture points. You must then cover eyebrows and ears with something or just grow hair over these areas. Hair restricts thermal infrared imaging and the areas appear cool relative to rest of body therefore making it hard to locate precise acupuncture points. For lung and stomach points I wear a leather jacket or vest or shield with an aluminum cooking sheet or copper platter.
The use of supercomputers, ions and lasers in supermarkets and outside areas creates the orchestrated gang stalking effect. This leaves me convinced that these evil perps use anyone including children for whatever effect desired. They pump in paranoia and anxiety via laser to lateral hypothalamus then use the crowd for blocking or sending some message. Remember, that no one knows you or cares what you are doing and don't fall for the traps being set. Just shield by hat and radio headset and tilt head to stop thought pattern. Also remember the supercomputers are trying to clone the real you. Your personality and thought voice are what choices it bases your decision options upon, so break the mold and do the unexpected. The feed forwarding laser to left cerebellum lobe creates the timing effect which if you made the direction decision makes the clock and numbers laughable. Don't be bothered but do the unexpected. Yesterday, I had a VERY strange experience, I was communicating with someone who claims to be a TI, we were discussing the fact that I was being tortured.......in the meantime, I sent a letter to my PERPS to inform them that I had been tortured from 2.00am the previous night until 4.00am, and again later etc. Within 10 minutes of sending this to my PERPS, this guy above on Youtube responsded under the following title (Gang Stalking - How Much Does a Stalker Earn - Organized Stalker) - that he finds it hard to believe that any gay person would be up at 2.00am torturing someone for a job.....I responded by saying that I never said ANYTHING ON YOUTUBE about being tortured at 2.00am, but only said this on a letter to my perps. What do you think - I think this guy is one of my perps!!!!

Message to the Presidential Commission for the Study of Bioethical Issues
Greetings. It is my hope that this message be read and acknowledged by this year’s Board of the Presidential Bioethics Commission. I shall not waste our mutual time with the same endless url listings of online documentations that I’m sure many of my peers have already submitted to the Commission as circumstantial evidence detailing our plight. Let it be enough to say that it is common knowledge, among those of us in what has been called the Targeted Individual community, that the United States Government (and/or certain agencies therein) has condoned and/or funded the clandestine operations of numerous nonconsensual experiments using United States citizens as unwilling human test subjects.
In our attempts to expose this ongoing tragedy to the general public, one of the many conundrums we have faced is whether or not the reality of these ongoing experiments can be openly acknowledged by any one of you who is currently employed by the U.S. Government—you who are legally bound to obey, protect, and administer due process of law for all U.S. citizens.
It is because of this ambiguous lack of transparency among you that we are placed in the awkward and precarious position of attempting to explain and describe this harassment and torture, endured by many thousands of us on a daily basis, in a typical officious governmental atmosphere of stone-faced dubiousness and seeming futility.
If I am to assume that this Commission is forthright in its desire to combat and overturn unjust practices, then there is ample empirical evidence to indicate, at the very least, plausible grounds on which to begin an investigation of:
1) certain remote wireless-weapon technologies currently in use;
2) the unregulated, coordinated, “community policing” bigotry tactics of organized stalking;
3) numerous other surreptitious acts of sabotage and discrimination—too numerous to list in this message—that are being utilized against us in a continuous, and uniquely disparaging, systematic manner.
However, the likelihood that you already have knowledge of these technologies, and of the agencies involved in these sinister activities that victimize law-abiding U.S. citizens by the thousands on a daily basis, suggests to me that this Commission is merely one more stonewalling government entity whose intention is to placate and stifle the victims while further empowering the abusers.
The invasion and virtual rape of our lives by covert forces (an activity apparently being given the nod of approval by the U.S. Government) has become a rampant epidemic of sadistic abuse that also appears to be a manipulating tool of augmented fascist indoctrination and conditioning, particularly among those who are recruited to perform these ritualistic acts of torture and psychological terrorism against us. This horrible crime is much more potentially destructive to the inalienable rights of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness than any other threat before it, and must be recognized as so.
Absolute unregulated power has been given to psychopathic despots perched upon inviolate positions of military bureaucracy; and here we are, scrambling for a two-minute audience with a curiously impotent Bioethics committee.
It is an absolute travesty that the results of this Commission have in the past never initiated a single effective proposal to investigate the inundation of poignant, credible complaints placed on its table concerning this critical issue. I implore you to do the right thing this time around by acknowledging the FACT to the world at large that these heinous activities being perpetrated against us are real; and by beginning an immediate, comprehensive, multi-media-driven investigation that will once and for all vindicate us and, in due time, liberate all of humanity from the continuing proliferation of these heinous activities.
