An example of what the voice to skull inner voices say

I hear voice to skull voices coming from inside my head constantly. My thoughts are being monitored on a constant basis. I also suffer from irritable bowel syndrome. Earlier today I heard an inner voice say about me " sack of shit in the back passage at the moment". Later on this evening I was lying in bed and I felt the neuro operatives manipulating my spine to the point where they were giving me constant tremors. I then heard a voice to skull inner voice say " I am trying to locate some kind of nerve so I can cause certain sensations in her anal canal". 
In my opinion these neuro operatives are insane and dangerous. I am really suffering.
