WHAT THE VOICES WHICH I HEAR COMING FROM INSIDE MY HEAD SAY TO ME AND ABOUT ME TO EACH OTHER.
Dr Robert Duncan is a scientists and has worked in the development of psychotronic weapons for many years. Further to that he has written two books about the current capabilities of psychotronic weapons which are called "Project Soul Catcher" and "How to Tame a Demon. Dr. Robert Duncan has worked for government agencies like CIA, DARPA, Department of Defense (DoD) on a technology which is called Voice of God (VoG). Voice of God means that the military and intelligence services can put voices into an individuals head and then control these individuals. The individuals that are being targeted are known as Targeted Individuals (TI’s).
I am such a targeted individual and I hear constant voices coming from inside my head against my will and without my permission. Here is an example of some of what I heard coming from inside my head in the past few days as follows:-

"Her body will be pulled out of a river some day."
"We will have to get money into this lady."
"Can we bio-robotize a corpse. " "Yes."
"What annual percentage of her income does she spend on charity."
"What the f is she eating bacon for this hour of the night."
"Is there a man in her life." "No." " She will get more than she bargained for."
"How about you lose some weight."
"The view from the scene of the crime."
"Initiate a bowel and bladder problem right now." (They wish to place restrictions on anyone who is claiming disability allowance for Irritable Bowel Syndrome which I am claiming and I have been claiming for many years.)
We all have smart dust inside us which allows military and private contractors to conduct medical experiments on us and it also allows them to speak to us, to hurt us and to enslave, torture and genocide us from unknown remote locations without us ever knowing who they are. I am non-consensually wirelessly linked to the wireless internet of things which is also known as the brain net. Unknown neuro operatives speak to me via a two way live link to the hearing centre of my brain. Occasionally, I take a note of a small sample of what they say to me and I post it online later. Here is a small sample of what they have been saying to me and about me to their own colleagues recently.
“Be careful of us Gretta Fahey. You are stepping too close to our comfort zone and we are not happy.”
“Does she drink alcohol.” “No, she never drinks alcohol.” “Shut her up.” “She has no interest in alcohol.” “Why doesn’t she develop a taste for something because I’d like to see her inebriated.”
“We need the system administrators to give us the go ahead to stop doing what we do to the body of Gretta Fahey, namely bio-robotizing her in order to eventually gain total external control over her limbs, and all other muscles of her living human body.”
“They are allowing this woman Gretta Fahey to have bladder leakages by their work activities.”
“Why are you torturing this woman for sixteen years.” “There is good money in it.”
“She is not washing herself well enough.” (I take a daily shower and I wash all of my clothes every day.)

When I return home and sit in front of my computer which is a digital analysis system, data can then begin to be collected from my brain and body again but data which was generated by my brain and body while I was away from all digital analysis systems can never be regained.)

One of the neuro staff what heard by me to say the following to one of their colleagues “You can do what you like as long as you deliver the goods at the end of the day.” The other colleague was heard by me to then ask the following question “What are the goods.?” The answer that was heard by me was as follows “Societal Justice”. I myself wish to respond as follows “I have always obeyed all man made laws and there is extreme injustice in society but it does not come from me. It comes down from the top of a worldwide false hierarchical chain of command in the form of deliberately engineered evil policies. By now, all of our societal institutions have been infiltrated in ways that cause as many problems as possible to manifest in order that they can then make more and more laws so that we are eventually enslaved by them. If problems happen in society it is generally because of deliberate bad policies being made manifest in society. My question is as follows : why would torturing me psychologically for sixteen and a half years be a way of delivering “societal justice” to the world? Why don’t the wireless torturers turn their attention to those at the top of the false hierarchical based chain of command because that is where all the problems of the world stem from? Perhaps because my psychological torturers are cowards and will only pick on a single woman living alone in the West of Ireland rather than two thousand Satanists who sit at the top of the worldwide false hierarchical based chain of command and who own banks, corporations and up to forty six percent of the wealth of the whole world. Bullies always attempt to pick on someone less powerful than themselves and run from the powerful.

I sometimes hear the voice to skull inner voices say the following about me “No one knows her”. I don’t know what they mean by this because whenever I write a letter to a politician or the media or anyone else I put my name, address, location code, website name, landline home phone number and email address on it. What else could they wish to know about me. I have a high profile in the sense that I sent out a lot of letters to government officials, university staff and the main stream media as well as the alternative media as well as pushing letters through letterboxes of the homes of my local towns. I once heard the voice of an unknown neuro operative coming from inside my head non-consensually while he said the following “I don’t want these images coming up on my screen.” I wish to explain here what I think he meant by that as follows –
If a scientific experiment is being conducted and the experimentation subject is wearing a cap over their brain which has electrodes on it while looking at a picture of an orange the evoked potentials which are generated on the computer screen of the scientist are automatically translated into information which lets him know that the subject is looking at a picture of an orange. If the subject simply conjures up a mental image of an orange with their imagination and no picture of an orange is present the scientist will then be allowed to know that no picture of an orange is present and the subject is simply conjuring up an image of an orange with their imagination. However, it is possible that their is a second scientist in another room looking at the same evoked potentials but that second scientist is not allowed to know whether the image of an orange which is presented on his screen is conjured up by the imagination of the subject or whether the subject is actually looking at a picture of an orange.
I am a non-consensual subject of such research but instead of wearing a cap containing electrodes on my head, neural dust containing something similar to electrodes is inside my head, close to my scalp. When I look at an image of something in my own home, an unknown scientist can know what I am looking at by having the evoked potentials my brain generates automatically translated into what I am looking at. If I imagine something inside my head the same unknown scientists can know that I have simply imagined something but that thing which I have imagined is not in my home and I have not physically seen it.
Some of what I see in my everyday life is disgusting and when it is also seen on the screens of the unknown criminal neuro staff who monitor everything I see or do they also find it disgusting. That is why I have been asked by those unknown criminal neuro staff not to look into my own toilet bowl anymore, whenever I use the toilet.
If an images is generated by a non-consensual subject of remote neural monitoring, is it always possibly for the remote neural monitoring staff to be able to accurately decipher whether that image is one which is real and is in the subjects environment, or whether it is a distant memory of the subject, or whether it is being conjured up by the subjects imagination or whether it is deliberately being inserted by neuro imaging staff who are unknown to the remote neural monitoring staff and who work from a different location to the remote neural monitoring staff? Have neuro imaging staff ever inserted external images into the brain of a human subject in order that remote neural monitoring staff would then wrongly believe that the subject had prior knowledge of a deed that the aforementioned subject had no prior knowledge of whatsoever.?

I hear the intelligence sounding voices of unknown individuals coming from inside my own head and this is happening without my consent. When I was interviewed in the distant past by a number of psychiatrists none of them advised me to have myself tested for the presence of cochlear implants. Why was this?
I am experiencing constant broadcast assaults as follows. All of the electromagnetic frequencies being generated by my brain and body are being non-consensually wirelessly transmitted to a network of supercomputers where they are being translated into evoked potentials which are in turn being automatically translated and categorized into the words that I speak, the thoughts that I think, the sounds that I hear, the muscle movements that I make, the images that I see, the feelings that I feel, as well as the internal activity of my bodily organs. A frequency modulator can then be used to send electromagnetic frequencies back into my brain and body to force me to hear inner voices and to see both external images and internal minds eye images, to experience forced muscle movements and to experience having my vocal cords manipulated against my will to produce words which I did not generate of my own free will, among a vast number of other unwanted and non-consensual experiences.

For many years I have been experiencing forced muscle movement. If the day ever came when the individuals who place a simulation of their voices inside my head ever gain one hundred percent control of my bodily movements would even my closest relatives be able to discern that I would no longer be acting of my own volition? The inner voices have informed me that the answer to the aforementioned question is definitely no. A system of control is being set up throughout the whole world behind the scenes of our lives, which has been engineered by dark occultists to be a severe and unrelenting control system. I am under direct contact with this cruel control system because I was selected by individuals who work within the control system to be placed on continual monitoring and manipulation via a two way wireless link from my brain and body to one of their computer networks. Because they employ directed energy weapons and some other energy systems to monitor and manipulate me this dark occultist owned and managed control system leaves very little trace of evidence of its existence or of its power.
I have been informed that there is a policy of demeaning the staff who work within the control system if they show signs of disobedience to the code of behaviour created by the dark occultists for their staff. The male staff are forced to remove their lower clothing and display their posterior to their employers as an act of unquestioning and submissive obedience to the code. The female staff and indeed all women throughout the world will no longer be allowed to work outside the home at all if the dark occultists ever succeed in taking over control of the whole world. They plan to set up a rigid hierarchical based chain of command where dark occultists would own and run the whole world by wireless means. We would not even be allowed to know who they are because we would all be connected by two way wireless means to the computerized control system where our daily lives would be micro-managed possibly by computer generated voice commands via a voice induction process which is commonly known as voice to skull. These voices would give us orders throughout each moment of each day and if we failed to obey said orders we would possibly receive a pain signal or be paralysed for a few hours or even a few days at a time. I know this situation is on the agenda for everybody because I and many others throughout my country, the Republic of Ireland and indeed most other countries have been subjected to parts of this system for many years. We are all continually warning the world of our plight in the hope that they can over ride the electronic mind control they are under long enough to believe us. Supply the lower level police forces with technology which can easily detect anomalies in the human energy field of all individuals who come to the attention of the police. I send an email to my aunt who lives in the United States and I mentioned Directed Energy Weapons in the email. I then heard a voice coming from inside my head which was heard by me to say the following " This information will not be allowed to go to her aunt in the United States of America. This information will be confiscated. Does she understand that."
"That is not good enough. You will have to try harder to exasperate her."
"She is nothing but an old fool."
"She has an excellent train of thought."
"Increase the suffering".
"Did she poop yet."
"There is no television in her home which would allow us to spy on her through the digital media screen. I don't know how I am going to explain my information."
I was planning to go to my local town and I was thinking about it when I heard an inner voice say the following "Where is Fahey planning to go. " "Nowhere" This was followed by the following response "Well, why is this stream of consciousness here."
"We would have to make Gretta be a paragon of perfection in order to justify our activities, in view of the fact that the public know so much of what we have been doing to her because of her daily writing." A second voice was heard by me to respond as follows "We would have to bio-robotize her for that to happen."
In response to a question I put to the voices which I hear coming from inside my head I was told the following "We can see an energy imprint of people through their flat screen televisions and through all other digital media screens. We can not see an accurate image of them through their digital media screens. Energy imprints of people are far more revealing that clear images of the same people. Energy imprint visualization can inform the viewer of what the energy imprinted individual has ingested and inhaled along with what type of mood the individual is currently in." In response to a further question by me the voice which I heard coming from inside my head was further heard by me to say as follows "We can manipulate the human energy field of an individual by manipulating the energy which forms around the digital media screen which we are viewing in order to cause anomalies in the energy field of that individual, which then translate into physical body anomalies, such as pain or cramps or such as a myriad of other symptoms." I continued to prompt the unknown voice which I heard coming from inside my head for further information about the capabilities which they could achieve through human energy field manipulation through manipulation of human energy fields via digital media screens and the voice then went on to inform me the following "Over many years of dedicated energy manipulations, whole body paralysis can be achieved."
I continued to question the voice which I heard coming from inside my head and he revealed the following information to me "We could not see a physical picture of you at the beginning of your targeting. However, we have now built up enough information about you to be able to see you in 3D whenever we wish. We can now look in on you whenever we wish. You have no mental privacy and now you have no physical privacy either. You are heavily despised by our team due to your lack of ingenuity in attempting to stop us from invading both your mind and body."
"How come we have no mental hold on her?" The response which I heard coming from another voice was as follows "She is a free thinker and she is very well informed."
"She is not one of our paid informants. The response which I heard coming from another voice was as follows " No. She is not. She has never received money from us and she never would accept money off us. She styles herself as being uncorruptable which she is."
"They key component of this worldwide monitoring system is control, control, control."
"Wireless ensnarement is meant for everyone accept us and our group."
"We need this lady in our own system here so that we can examine her properly. Why isn't this happening?"
"Because Gretta has legal right of residence in her own family home until she dies, this is the end of the line for us."
"Nothing is being done that is illegal." I responded to this inner voice myself as follows " It is illegal to psychologically torture someone under both man made law and natural law. Natural law is the only law that is fixed and immutable. Man made laws are illusory. We must return to the use of natural law only."
Brain to computer interface systems are now live in pockets of society throughout most of the world. We are being systematically implanted with a wide variety of implants by agents of the C.I.A. and F.B.I. The CIA is a rogue agency. In my opinion, the CIA is responsible for most acts of terrorism throughout the world and they take their orders to carry out acts of terrorism from individual members of the Council on Foreign Relations. In my opinion, the Council on Foreign Relations are actively working towards slowing down the world wide economy by any and every means possible. They work for the greater evil of the human race. I have been non-consensually targeted by directed energy weapons and bio-communication methods for many years. I hear the voices of agents of what is commonly being called Remote Neural Monitoring in combination with Remote Neural Manipulation coming from inside my head on a constant basis. I regularly post online some of what these internal voices say to me on many social media sites in order to inform the general public about what it is like to experience being subjected to a brain to computer interface system. Here below is what some of what these unknown neuro operatives have said to me and about me in the past two days:-
"It is while she is in her bathroom that we obtain most of the information which is most pertinent to our research. We analyse the contents of her bowel and bladder while she is in there."
"She will not be in her own home for much longer."
"She can get out of bed the same as everybody else."
"Why have you allowed this woman to languish for so long."
"You don't understand the aim of the game. The aim of the game is to terrify them."
"I will quell her some day.
"We can take Gretta Fahey out of the country. There is not one single person in this country who cares whether we take her or not. Who would know? She lives alone."
"Bring her to justice please. This can not continue." ( I don't know what that means as I have never broken a law in my life.)
I complained to the inner voices about the fact that they were continually waking me up to ask me questions during some nights and here is the conversation we had as follows:-
I said as follows "If you wake me up too early or if you persistently wake me up during the night it is counter productive because I then need to go back to bed to rest later on during the day." I heard the voice of one of the unknown neuro operatives coming from inside my head as follows - "We have had this conversation before and it doesn't work for us to leave you asleep."
I am a targeted individual of Remote Neural Monitoring combined with Remote Neural Manipulation from the West of Ireland. I am a fifty nine year old woman of rural background and I still live in the house where I was born fifty nine years ago. I am in receipt of disability allowance for irritable bowel syndrome. I may have been implanted with a wide range of technologies because now I find myself wirelessly linked to a computer network which is operated by neuro operatives who run the program which I am wirelessly and non-consensually linked to. These unknown neuro operatives force me to listen to their voices all day, every day without a break. They also collect data of my body functions which they analyse and collate for the purposes of sending this information out to the scientific community throughout the world which they get paid hansomely for. I do not and would not and have never accepted any money, gifts, bribes or favours from these unknown neuro operatives which I hope never to meet. Almost everyday recently I transcripe some of what they say to me on to my social media site so that others may know some of what it is like to be placed on a non-consensual Remote Neural Monitoring combined with Remote Neural Manipulation program. "She will have to be moved to a psychiatric hospital. She will need to be in a secure location so that I can examine her bowel movements wirelessly."
"No one was supposed to know about this. This was supposed to be a private concern. Why is it now public."
"When they transmit voices inside people's heads they do so with impunity because they dont realise that people have started to believe the voice hearers."
"There must be something wrong with the system if it is bringing up this type of verbiage."
"The system does not yet operate automatically. We operate the system by transmitting our voices into the brain of each targeted individual."
"I need you to place some restrictions on this woman."
"I dont need to force speech you, Gretta. All I need to do is to send you pain signals."
"We have a system here that is beyond repair."
"We dont like her transparency. That never serves us well."
"We have a logistics nightmare."
"The democratic process is eclipsing the control system."
"Inner voice assessment terminal believe you will be ok tonight."

The United States government is now openly targeting a selected number of citizens of the United States as well as overseas individuals for wirelessly enabled unlimited remote neural monitoring and human experimentation. These selected targeted citizens are known to the United States police as non-investigative subjects or silent hits. I have been and still am such a targeted individual and I reside in Ireland. Voice to skull bio-communication is being used to force me to constantly listen to the voices of the operatives who run the Remote Neural Monitoring combined with Remote Neural Manipulation system. Recently I have begun to write down and post online a small selection of what these operatives say to me by means of reproducing their voices inside my head against my will and without my permission. Here below is a small selection of what these neuro operatives have been communicating to me by wireless means over the past two days.
"Watch this space. We will tie her up in knots so that she wont be able to move a muscle."
"There is somebody here who writes what we say." The response of a different operative was as follows "We have had those people before. We just kill them off."
"This is directly affecting the whole system because now we all know what happens when we speak to her."
"You will wind up as meat on my table. My people will kill this woman and clean her out and prepare her as a dish to be served in front of me."
I myself said to the neuro operatives whose voices I hear coming from inside my head the following "Why are you hurting both my knees?" The response I heard back was as follows "I am conducting experiments on you". I then asked the following question "Are you conducting experiments on me for money? The response I heard back was as follows "Yes".
"It is not a nice thing to do to her but we are getting the system into focus in the world".

There is a cruel and all encompassing wirelessly enabled human control system being set up behind the scenes in Ireland and throughout the wider world. It is commonly known as Remote Neural Monitoring and Remote Neural Manipulation. Many individuals throughout each country in Europe and the United States have already been non-consensually, wirelessly tethered to this Remote Neural Monitoring combined with Remote Neural Manipulation system. We all have inhaled and ingested nano technology which is now in our blood stream. In combination with the nano technology, a large number of individuals have also been non-consensually implanted with a variety of different types of implants. They are then eternally wirelessly tethered by a two way system to a super computer where all of the electrical activity being generated by their bodies and brains is being analysed and collated on a constant basis. This data is then used to build an elaborate profile of each individual where they are further categorised into a personality type for still further analysis. This is all being carried out in secret by a select few without the permission of the rest of the human race.
Most of the individuals who have already been wirelessly and non-consensually connected to the super computer network are being forced to hear the voices of the Remote Neural Monitoring and Manipulation staff members, coming from inside their heads on a constant basis. The Remote Neural Monitoring and Manipulation staff members also input a large variety of other data into the brain and body of the targeted individual. They input sound, moving images, still images, odours, sensations, pain signals, feelings such as extreme fear for no apparent reason, false beliefs, programming to unquestioningly believe what the main-stream media say, and even forced muscle movement.
I have been a targeted individual of this Remote Neural Monitoring and Manipulation system for approximately sixteen years. I have never committed a crime in my life but I believe I came to the attention of the system police because I was claiming disability allowance and presumably they wished to know why. I am non-consensually, wirelessly linked to the system and I am constantly engaged with the neuro operatives who force me to listen to them on a constant basis. "These are highly dangerous prisoners. They have to be harassed on a constant basis". (I am not a prisoner and I have never been a prisoner and I don't know what was meant by the use of the word prisoner.)
I am a non-consensual victim of an unknown crime syndicate who use formerly classified voice to skull direct human communication to to speak to me by wireless means and from a remote location against my will and without my permission. I have been brain to computer linked for more than fifteen years. These criminals are able to decode much of the electrical activity generated by my brain and body throughout each day via a two way stream of electromagnetic energy which is wirelessly linked to embedded material inside my brain and body. "I have become an accomplice in this so I may as well destroy the woman".
"If we fail to get her married off we will instead deem her to have borderline paranoid schizophrenia."
"They will kill us or they will kill her if that goes out".
"She is neither elegant nor astute."
"She is not one of us. Why the heck didnt we know that before we came here? This was replied to by another unknown voice as follows "We did know it because none of them are with us. They are all non-consensual. It server us better to pretend we believe that they have consented to being neuro research subjects.
"The Antifada are here at the lookout post. The lair of the neuro research group is underground in London. It can be accessed through a chamber inside the house of Lords."
"How many chances does this woman need. Speak to me or else".
"There is no income stream coming from this woman. This was responded to by another unknown voice as follows "An income stream will be now set up to come from this womans estate. Further to that I heard the following information also coming from inside my head "This is against all known laws of the circuit courts". The response I heard then was as follows "Signalling each other is not the way forward. I have killed your information source". While this was being said I got a strong feeling that the individual who I was brain to brain linked at that exact time had been killed because I can feel their emotions and I felt something very strange and unexplanable coming from the brain to brain link into my own head.
"We will decommission the system if this much information is out there".

"We will have to abandon ship. We are in danger".
I had been kept awake at night because of hearing constant voice to skull direct human communication voices coming from inside my head. I had complained about this during the day via the voice to skull direct human communication system. I had been unable to carry out my own business due to extreme tiredness. They then informed me that they had deprived the night staff who had been keeping me awake of work for four weeks as a punishment. However, other night staff had then later on begun to keep me awake. I complained to these individuals that they were keeping me awake by their continual talking during the night. I then heard the following voices coming from inside my head while speaking to each other "Do you want a four week vacation?. This was followed by "Yes." This was followed by "Well keep her awake then." This was followed by still another inner voice which said "You are going to have to leave this employ. You are turning against the welfare of this woman."

I would like to strongly advice other recepients of voice to skull unwanted voices to reply to the voices in the following manner as a matter of course. "Why am I hearing your voice coming from inside my head entirely without my permission while saying the following (then you repeat whatever you heard them say). This may lead to exposure in the future for the following reason, A permanent electronic record of anybody who uses wirelessly enabled technology in order to speak to unknown targeted individuals remotely and without their permission might be kept for security reasons. If and when the courts obtain those electronic records the perpetrators will not be able to claim that they did not know that they were projecting their voices inside the heads on non-consensual and extremely unwilling human beings if you inform them each time they speak to you that you are hearing their voices coming from inside your head and it is non-consensual. .

Remote Neural Monitoring is a mind and body invasive security system which has been developed to deal with terrorism. It involves implanting a suspected terrorist with brain and body implants and then wirelessly connecting those implants to a supercomputer. This implantation occurs without the suspected terrorist knowing that they have been implanted. From that time on all of the electrical activity being generated within the body and brain of the suspected terrorist is transmitted by a two way link to a supercomputer which is operated by criminal neuro operatives. The data collected from the suspected terrorists body is data analysed and collated into various categories. "Get an imprint of her energy field while she is writing her signature. Then control her to sign her signature when she is in a state of distraction. Then take her for every penny she has. It has been done to targeted individuals all over the world."
" We will wreck her gut. We will wreck it."
"We don't wish to be seen while inspecting the goods."
"It is my job to monitor the activities of the client on a constant basis."

A further internal voice was then heard to say by me "Is it happening when in public". A still further internal voice was then heard to say by me "We only tally bowel outages when she is in her own private ground".
I am wirelessly and non-consensually linked to neuro operatives who force me to listen to their voices throughout each and every day entirely against my will and without my permission. Because I have been a targeted individual of remote neural manipulation and voice to skull internal voice to skull communication for nearly sixteen years I sometimes hear information from these unknown wirelessly transmitted voices which I believe may be valuable to anybody looking for an antidote to wireless electronic harassment and torture. I have been wearing the same model of shoes for the last seven years or more. I recently purchased a new pair of shoes which were considerably higher than the type of shoes I usually wear. When I first wore the new shoes the technologically induced inner voices informed me that they had lost their alliance to me because all of their settings now needed to be changed and such a job was insurmountable at this late stage of my induction .
The neuro operative staff who reproduce their voices inside my head using classified technology also informed me on another occasion that they lose wireless anodyne connection to me anytime the technology inside my body endures undue stress such as whenever I bend down and stretch into an awkward position such as when I reach under the kitchen sink in order to retrieve something from the cupboard.

Earlier today I heard an inner voice say about me " sack of shit in the back passage at the moment".
